Last year for S6, Apple opened preorders immediately after the keynote and we didn’t know anything about the configurations back then.
You just need to decide what size, material you want now and just find it asap when the Apple store app is back up.

This is what I mean about a possible delay. I’ve never seen anything like this for a new product on the Apple Store. I’m wondering if there’s something going on in the background that they are trying to sort out. There is no way that they would update the Apple Store on Friday for pre-orders without having the products listed a few days before.
You can get $250 for it through 9to5Mac buyout program and they send you a box.
I just sold my stainless steel 6 to them at that price cause I knew Apple would not match it

I really hope the lack of details isn't a sign of another delay... been waiting a while to upgrade and thought waiting for the 7 was the best thing to do. Surely Apple wouldn't have announced the date as Friday on Monday if they were not sure things were ready?
I don't think Apple has ever missed a preorder day when it is announced, and this is a close one as you mentioned. Zero chance it is delayed.
What is going on with this launch? It’s making me nervous that Friday is going to be completely chaotic.
That would be tough… 5 AM is pretty steep on the West Coast when one works late and needs a few hours of sleep before to new workday starts.

We should start seeing UPS scans this Saturday. By Sunday everyone should have a UPS label 🏷 created. We will be able to start tracking our flights.

I am wondering what orders will be like for titanium models. I’ve never gotten one, but I’m going that route this year. Are they usually hard to get at launch?
