Be carful with the solo loop, I started off with a size 7, found it way too tight, went up to a size 8, was perfect, it’s gotten a tad loose, won’t read my heart rate or measure blood oxygen levels, says the watch isn’t tight enough lol.

Prefer it a bit looser, don’t like a snug fit.very comfy band as well.

Go one size smaller if you like a tight fit, they stretch out a bit over time.

That’s what I was afraid of: that they will stretch over time. I need the watch to read everything, that’s the main reason I have an Apple watch. On the other hand, I cannot wear something very tight with no air circulation between my skin and the band, I get rashes very easily. I currently wear a Nike sport band but I can wear the regular sport band as well, just a bit loose, and I still get all the readings.

Don’t you see why apple isn’t releasing black or silver in the aluminium models this year, they stuffed up the redesign that was meant to happen this year, so to make more money, they took black and silver out of the aluminium line up, made them available only at the top end, more cash in Timmy boy pocket. 😁 I could be wrong though. 😂

Agree, for a smartwatch that becomes obsolete fairly quickly, $1k+ is a lot of cash, they do look nice though. 🤦‍♂️😂

That's the main reason I stick with AL and I do like the mat finish too .

Just called Apple (I'm in Germany) and asked if I could upgrade my shipping to express for my Hermes 7 which shows arrival between Oct. 19 and Oct. 21. They told me it's not possible anymore because it's already preparing for shipping and according to their data will arrive between Oct. 15 and Oct. 18. I've had this with my Hermes series 6 too. It arrived a week earlier than predicted. Seems like all the edition watches showed a later date yesterday but are meant to be arriving on launch day too.

That would make sense as it’s always been November for the Stainless Steel and Titanium in the UK

Apple are so stubborn, stop holding back features 🤬🤬🤬 these M series chips are so efficient, they could put 240hz in these machines easily, also annoying how the M1 iMac is more than thick enough for Face ID, yet they left it out. 🤦‍♂️

I managed to build a few favorite combos in the Studio and checking which are available for next week at launching, they all are! Now, how do I decide on the band? Braided solo loop and solo loop - would I need to get a smaller size than measured with Apple’s measuring tool? I’ve watched a few videos on Ytube and they were saying the size measured with Apple’s tool was too large and they had to exchange for one or even two sizes smaller. Is this accurate, in your experience? I’d love to see them in the stores first but am afraid I might not find any available next week if I won’t order (and pay for it) now. Any feedback os welcome.

I tried the paper sizer and according to it, I was a size 4. Went into the apple store and tried on the bands and found I am a size 2. Definitely get sized at the apple store!

Just ordered starlight 41mm from very in the UK with 15/10 delivery. Would have preferred a different band but l dont mind the starlight one. I had a code for 10% cashback on my account too which was a nice bonus. Not sure if that’s available for everyone.

I ordered my 45mm from Very after seeing this post and cancelled my Apple Store order as delivery was end of Oct. Does anyone have any experience of using Very? Hoping it’ll be here Friday as advertised. I notice the one I ordered is no longer available to buy on their site so that suggests they are expecting an allocation at a set number and all will be good for Friday.

Apple will always end up making money lol whether it’s either by selling products themselves or by selling consumers owned products. They are genius!

Apple is offering $220 for my S7 aluminum and only $270 for my S7 Ti.
