Because it is comfortable. Unlimited amounts of adjustments. Easy on and off. Doesn't bother wrist. Light on wrist. Started wearing an apple midnight sport band yesterday. So far honestly I'm not liking the feel on my wrist. Also on and off isn't the best or same speed like the trail loop. Might return sports band back to apple. Just wear trail loop and continue waiting for nomad titanium band to eventually ship.

Thanks - my favorite band is the Solo Loop, as it is so easy to take on and off, but not a fan of the colors this year.

I will have to the Apple Store and try the Trail Loop, it just looks like such a casual band in the pics.

The Nomad Titanium looks like a great band and definitely a classy look.

I've yet to try solo loop. I got the nomad titanium band because of the classy look. Matches the AUW. A good substitute look on my wrist when I'm not wearing BLNR/hulk/sub.

I know the ocean band is probably best for small wrists. I’ve tried the alpine which sticks out a bit due to the lugs. Wondering if the trail loop sticks out as much as the alpine or is somewhere between the ocean and alpine. Thanks for any input.

I believe the Ocean is only available in one size while the Trail comes in a smaller size which is what I chose for my small wrists. It’s perfect, only goes halfway around. I figured the Ocean would almost double wrap my wrist.

Thanks, helpful to know. Not sure if you’ve also tried the alpine loop, but any comparisons on fit between that vs trail loop?

Once I saw a video of a reviewer trying to get the Alpine adjusted I knew I only wanted the Trail. I actually ordered a 45mm sport loop in the sm/medium and it works just as well as the Trail. Similar fabric, both extremely comfortable, I switch them out.

The Trail Loop I ordered a month ago has an Oct 26-Nov 2 delivery, but the status isn't moving. I'm sure it's the same for everyone. I'm losing hope it will come in those dates. I ordered the Ultra with the Alpine Loop and then got the Ocean Band a week ago. I actually really like the Ocean Band and will probably keep that. It's most like the Nike Sports Band I've been wearing for years on my AW5. But I wanted to try the Trail Loop out. Someday hopefully.

I’m going to try an Amazon knockoff. Search amazon app for “Rain gold Trail Loop Bands”. Click the blue/grey model and there is a review showing a few pictures. It will arrive this Wednesday. I’ll post pics. My apple band still says October 26 - November 1 for delivery, but still in processing status.

Funny - looks the same as OEM.

I wouldn't mind trying that on for sweaty activities but I’m afraid that one size would just stick up over the other side of my watch
I think you'd have to have really small wrists for that to be a problem. :) I have 165mm wrists and there was probably almost an inch that wasn't overlapped.

S/M trail loop that came with the watch. Small wrist and orange tab stays close to the bottom middle of my wrist.
Thanks for posting the photo. I am now leaning towards just keeping my order for the S/M.

Thanks, mine are about 160mm. The trail loop I’m using appears very similarly to the image above. If the Ocean fits a little farther than that but not all the way around I might consider it in the future.

Did you get a S/M trail loop?

Available for delivery this week from Verizon! Black/Grey S/M Trail Loop... The M/L is not available, but I saw another post that suggested that the M/L is available through T-Mobile.

Edit - It's official. My Verizon order just shipped! My band will be here by EOD on Thursday.

Did you pay extra for the faster shipping? When I looked it said ground shipping in 7 business days.

Don’t get your hopes up…chances are you will actually receive the Blue/Gray from TMo. Myself and others have.
