One wonders what a person of such mindset is doing on a site such as MacRumors. Stick to PC sites?
Well, maybe he likes iPads, iPods, or iPhones. Apple has many services and there's no reason to say a given person is not welcome here. One wonders what a person of such mindset is doing on a site such as MacRumors. Stick to PC sites?

"Hate" is a strong word. But "irritation", "mistrust", & "disappointment"? --Then yes, definitely.
Hate is a really strong word, and to apply that feeling to a single gadget manufacturer that no is forcing you to buy or stick with is asinine.
Everyone has a different experience using Apple products. My experience has been great overall, while others may have had a horrible experience. If you do want to switch over, go for it! Maybe Windows/Android works best for you. If you find that you don't like it, you can always come back to iOS and OS X.I'm beginning to hate Apple because:
– iOS 9 und El Capitan are actually bugged, too "slow" and "old" – boring – compared to Android und Windows.
– The price (!!!) – maybe I don't need here any explanation -.-. I just say: 160€ for the Smart Case of the iPad Pro which costs in Germany 900€. I mean: Fortunately I can pay these prices are not rationally anymore!!
– Updates: These are rare (iPad, Macbook) and
– Hardware: Too old compared to, for example, Samsung or Androids phones.
– Software: definitely too limited (…)!!
My alternatives:
– Windows 10: I tested it and I think that it is NOW very beautiful, stable and fast.
– Apple Watch: Sorry but I really don't like the form of the Apple Watch: Samsung Gear 2 is for me much better!
– DELL XPS 13 2016 vs Macbook Retina: I like the Dell much better than the mbr, for example because of the Full HD and the dimensions – and, of course, the price!
Don't know, I'm really thinking about to change .
I got a message from Apple that my problem was so serious it was being escalated. That was... four months ago? Problem remains unsolved. Then I got a "are you happy with your recent experience" poll. Hmmm. Nnnnn. What really grinds my gears is when Apple fails to call me back.
I found it funny when he said it but it was very... 14-year-old. "Yo mamma still uses a five year old computer? HOW SAD. We bought iPad Pro because some of us afford it and it's Pro so we can do Pro things."I felt it was offensive the way Apple delivered some parts of its March presentation, they came across as elitists in regards to Windows/PC users. It was a little hard as an Apple customer and disappointing to see some of the executives in the audience shaking their heads in a disparaging way when the keynote speaker talked about PCs.
I have many reasons. mostly personal or philosophical, but im gonna elaborate on the reason i think is most relevant now. their abandonment of pro users.
Ever since Apple really began to milk non-tech savvy users who think Apple sticker=magic, which is not wrong in itself, but what is wrong is abandoning their power users who kept them floating in their darkest ages. OSX is looking more and more flat and boring, some power apps are being abandoned, computers are being locked down, their iPad pro doesnt even support mouse or have a file manager, their focus on the mac in general is dwindling, especially the mac pros. speaking of which, the new trash can designs are not ideal either, having thermal issues and being non upgradeable. they general said smarter things, software quality seems to have taken a nose dive(when was the last time an iOS update didnt have obvious issues?). i also hear the technical competence of the Apple store staff has taken a nose dive as well.
it really seems like Apple has completely forgotten about their loyal fans who kept them afloat when they needed them the most, rather choosing to cater to the ignorant masses because cash money. Microsoft has a similar issue nowadays. I have learned not to have sympathy for struggling companies because i know they wont reciprocate my feelings down the line. we are customers, not buddies. they only focus on getting what they want from us, we should do the same with them.
I don't think the tech support at Apple were even on the ball to begin with..
Apple should at least be telling people the moment u get part retail store level support we don't care about our customers... That is true...i had tickets all over the place Apple eventually got me a new iPhone, not a replacement they like to keep handing out as a means to cut down on manufacturing costs, and because based on previous history, which they never looked at (how many times has this phone been sent back), yes... that is the most valid point to decide if it should be replaced, or brand new..
That's what gets me... Apple needs to look at this a bit more rather than going blind and sticking to their rules. rather than what actually makes more sense. That does not sound like a company who "took care of their users" particularly when i chased then up for 7 weeks with no call back.
Don't understand what your saying. You returned a phone multiple times and you didn't get the customer service you expected? Why did you return a phone so many times?
