Mine is still in progress too. I bet we see some movement tonight or early morning for the watches. May even see both show up in either FedEx or UPS accounts later this evening too.

Carrier AT&T 2018 iPhone Pre-Order Thread

Super upset. I just called AT&T, and they informed me that my Iphone will be "shipped" on Sep 21st. So all this time I was thinking I would be getting the phone on Friday, it is only shipping on Friday

Read the past pages. Reps dont know jack **** and talk out of the A$$ most of the time. If your delivery date says arrive on the 21st you will get it on the 21st.Super upset. Just got the Max Black silicone case from Apple. Feels so good! Love being back to the larger phone. Love the X but it was just a little too small for me.
Does your shipping date say 9/20 or 9/21 because several ppl have different mine says delivery 9/20 but I live like 20 minutes from their shipping warehouse in Fort Worth
I held my husband's case yesterday and it felt good! With all the complaints about the size, I'm pleasantly surprised by the case size.

Yes- I have had the black silicone case on my 7 plus and X. They hold up tremendously and is great for added protection.
I’ve always had issues with the silicone cases where they peel off near the top area, most likely from taking in/out of pocket. My 8 black silicone did this only 2 months after owning it though. Was very disappointed.
Yes- that does seem to happen but to be honest i never notice it but not sure any silicone case will hold up any better?
One of my 3 cases arrived today. Xs Max is the same width as my Note 8 and 1/4 inch shorter. This makes Friday feel like its further away now. Lol
I chatted with a chat rep this morning. They told me since i had to reorder because of ATT issues. It is still showing In Progress. They said it will switch to preparing to ship later today. Didn't make any sense but we will see.

Me too. Shipping on 9/21 is the same as delivery on 9/21 but you are correct. I'll avoid att next time. I'll wait until the apple site opens up next year.
I think by you guys cancelling your orders due to some AT&T chat or phone representative (who most of the time are not properly informed) or inadvertently messing up your orders.
Mine just switched to preparing to ship about an hour ago. So I would be surprised if a lot more don't see status updates by the end of the day.
I'll buy that. It just bad when its ATT fault for the cancellation. No bad credit card info or address. i Placed my order got my confirmation email. Then 10 hours later. I get another email saying my order needs to be reordered.

im still waiting. I place my order on Sunday, but still says Delivered by 21st. So im still hoping to see my status change by tomorrow hopefully.
It doesn't say Delivery Date on my order confirmation though. It says preparing to ship. Estimated shipping date: September 21st.
