I know our fedex guy that swings by each day so I’m not worried about it being shoved in the mailbox and left, but I would rather have it in my hands than my coworkers/boss have it in theirs lolAt least with UPS MyChoice you won't be able to redirect from work to the hub. Not sure about if phone support for FedEx/UPS could help.

Ordered XS Max 64gb at the store on Monday, my order is saying delivery by the 21st. Nothing on UPS or Fedex as far as references go.
One thing I did differently though is ship it to my work. Hoping I can intercept it fast enough to have it go to the hub instead. The addresses won’t match, but I believe I can use the tracking number as proof? I should have had it go to my house, but I was worried that I wouldn’t be home. Grrrrr

Still in progress. First order was placed 6 minutes before launch. I had to reorder later in the day because of ATT issues. I've been charged twice for taxes. Never reimbursed for my first placed order. I knew i should of ordered from Apple. I got excited when i saw the ATT online store open early. I forgot how bad att handles preorders. Next year I wont even look at ATT's website to place an order. Sometimes they will have your order Preparing to ship for 3 days. The other times its no movement or ATT cancels your order.

I ordered my iPhone X from AT&T last year. I got my shipping notification at 2:19am CST on 11/2. Standard Overnight via FedEx delivered next day 11/3. Came from Fort Worth, TX and shipped to FL because I was on vacation.

Only problem I’ve had with Apple is the time that the store opens up. Sometimes it’s 10-15 minutes behind. Other than that I can’t remember them making me reorder.And yet I’ve had nothing but luck getting my preorders on time from ATT while last years X preorder was a horror show for many people who went through Apple.
Me Too. Same issue and no explanation.Getting a little nervous... Originally ordered Max 256 GB Space Gray at 3:16 AM EDT on 9/14. Woke up later that morning with a notice on the myAT&T app that there was an issue with my order and had to call or it would be canceled. Called and spoke to multiple people and no one could give me a reason as to what caused the issue. Was told only way I would receive my order was to cancel the original and start a new one. I did and completed the process at 11:16 AM EDT with a “Delivery by” date of 9/21. As of 4:45 PM EDT Today, my order is still “in progress.” Hopeful to receive some kind of shipping or status update tomorrow morning.
Super upset. I just called AT&T, and they informed me that my Iphone will be "shipped" on Sep 21st. So all this time I was thinking I would be getting the phone on Friday, it is only shipping on Friday

Read the past pages. Reps dont know jack **** and talk out of the A$$ most of the time. If your delivery date says arrive on the 21st you will get it on the 21st.
Yeah, I had a similar "problem with order" and din't even bother calling to try and fix it, just cancelled myself. Ended up on the phone anyway because they didn't reset upgrade eligibility so had to wait until the next morning due to the issue with order email going out 11 minutes after their call centers close...All total, was on the phone for over an hour just to get the eligibility reset, and as a kicker the last person I talked to hung up on me in the middle of me talking to them still.Only problem I’ve had with Apple is the time that the store opens up. I had tried to reorder myself but had the hold still on my account luckily i was able to get someone on the phone after a couple of hours of work. Last year I dropped my iPhone facedown on concrete like a month before the new phones came out. Shattered despite the case, but I feel like that was my sign that caseless is a bad idea. Also, got an insurance screen replacement that same day...but the awful insurance approved repair shop actually broke the phone further (went to them with a shattered but working screen, left with a completely dead but not shattered screen) and had to wait from Saturday to Tuesday to get the replacement.Am I alone in that usually the day before delivery day I take out my old phone out of the case and enjoy it in its caseless glory before getting the new iphone? Iphone X really is such a nice piece of hardware.

I’ve always had issues with the silicone cases where they peel off near the top area, most likely from taking in/out of pocket. My 8 black silicone did this only 2 months after owning it though. Was very disappointed.
