Both phones (XS Max 256, Space Gray) arrived at 3:04PM PST in San Diego, CA

No sig... heard the doorbell ring, came out half asleep to see the driver walking away... not sure how I feel about leaving $2500 worth of product outside, but what can you do? Good luck to everyone.

Got both 256 Max Gold’s and AW4. Loving them all haha!!

Good luck to the rest and see you next year...or next month for iPad Pro pre-order :D
 
5:45 here in Montana, still no iPhone. FedEx delivered a couch across the street earlier. Hoping the driver wasn’t pissed about the couch and forgot to deliver my phone. :(
 
When you go into an att store they tell you to call a 1-866 number. Because this is a online or over the phone order. Tells me a lot about who I’m dealing with. I’m glad everyone is getting their devices. Enjoy. But beware of being screwed by att preorder nightmare.

Avoid!!!! Apple from now on for me. I’ll wait until the store opens next time.

FedEx came by my place at around 1pm pacific, but I wasn't home so they didn't leave it. They left a tag that says I can pick it up at FedEx after 6:30 pm. So I guess that's what I'm doing. The note said that the delivery location wasn't safe. I'm not mad just wish I'd known they wouldn't leave it.
 
ive been on the phone with ATT for like hours trying to get an answer. they don’t know why my phone wasn’t delivered and they can’t cancel the order until they receive back the iphone in their warehouse on the 26th!! this is absolutely ridiculous.

i am now on hold again. NEVER AGAIN ORDERING FROM ATT
 
My iPhone Xs Max was scheduled for delivery today by 2pm, so I took a day off from work and waited a few hours. I called fedex a few times but was hung up on several times, finally got someone on the phone at 6pm in Puerto Rico, they told me they had too many packages to deliver and that i would be getting mine on Monday, which isn't a big deal, my phone case arrives on the same day, just wish the tracking would have reflected the delay.

Went to the AT&T store earlier to look at cases, they still had most models except the 512GBs in stock. Been a long time since I’ve seen so much inventory (6S?).
 
Anyone has problem activating the new phone? On the Activation website shows - status Activated and right after - "Activation Unsuccessful". Chat is busy. Tried to call - they told me to call tomorrow. Seriously??

I had to activate on the website. I powered off and on — and I was good to go.

AT&T opened a case for me, I expect it was stolen in transit. Pretty bummed.

Go to an at&t store. Originally for this pre-order, I mistakenly got the gold. I cancelled the order but it didn’t reset my upgrade. After being put on hold to several departments for hours, the att store called tech help and I my upgrade was reset. Good luck!

Can somebody tell me what’s the difference between the unlimited more plan vs unlimited more premium plan i see one says unlimited 4g lte and the other one says unlimited high speed data is there really a noticable difference for the extra $25 a month?

I had to go online to hit the activate button and then it still wouldn't work so I just toggled airplane mode and it worked.
 
I received my 256 XS Max space grey today.

I ordered last saturday and the site said 21st when I was ordering, but when I finished the e-mail confirmation later said it would be the 24th to the 31st.
