There’s not an apple store within 400 miles with the 12 pro blue 128 in stock according to the apple store app
It's showing in stock near me with pickup for today for the 12 pro blue 128. I wonder how much of a pain it would be to just cancel my pre-order, and pickup at Apple and still get the trade-in promotion. Tempting, but worried about any gotchas from ATT.

That must be why everyone that's getting the 12 pro blue 128 is delayed. Mine still shows 26th-2nd. I mean it's only a week away but still considering I ordered at 7:36am ET

So Att shows home delivery for today, i did a second order and it says they will do personal delivery today. anyone think this will really happen? note the order i did on pre order day at 8:02 shows 10/26-11/2 but this one i did at 0600am on 10/23 shows personal delivery at 2pm today

I called AT&T earlier and all they did was restate the estimated delivery dates and said that I'll get an email when it ships, honestly even Monday seems unlikely at this point

If it's next friday it is what it is, I've been trying to get a RTX 3080 for weeks now so really not in a big rush. Ordered the Wifes iphone 12 64gb green and get it today and ordered hers 2 hours after mine...

From the responses so far, seems like no one who ordered via Premier is getting a phone. Seems they have decided that Premier orders are low priority?

Tbh I think their entire process just screwed everyone period. Clearly it didn't matter how early anyone ordered, what they ordered, or their customer status with AT&T. Was already considering switching to Verizon or T-Mobile for my next phone and this has essentially sealed the deal for me.

Well I canceled my preorder with AT&T and then paid off my next balance so I could get the 800 in trade in credits on my 11Pro. My replacement order was slated for Nov 12-19 but Best Buy said curbside pick up next Wed the 28th on a Pro Blue 128gb

If I go anywhere I’ll try t-mobile. I moved to AT&T from Verizon who’s signal and network speeds leave much to be desired in my area.
I haven’t been on t-mobile since they were voice stream so if anyone is due a chance it’s them.

Over on the AT&T Forums, seems that AT&T stores aren't getting many, if any 12 Pros, so AT&T must have grossly underestimated demand, or Apple did not give them stock.

And since Premier customers cannot buy in the store or from Apple and get the discounts and keep the premier plans, it would seem we are the lowest priority since we don't have another option with AT&T.

yeah this is for sure upsetting. As some others said I too ordered before the pre orders was opened at 6:55 central time i am also in the DFW area and i have no movement either. in fact it seems like a lot of us who ordered before preorders started havent seen any movement! sighhh if i cancel and go with apple i can get pick up sunday it says

I have just received a fedex notification that it will be delivered on Saturday coming from AT&T in York, PA. So still ahead of the shipping window they originally gave. Pro 256 Pacific Blue 10/16 8:23 order from the Atlanta area with original timeframe of 10/26-11/2. Went to "preparing to ship at 9:30pm last night and at 9:00am this morning Fedex label generated for delivery tomorrow (in case that chain of events helps anyone with the wait)

Mine is out for delivery today! Also, got a follow up email from AT&T today about my trade in. Says they'll mail me trade in packaging separately . Kind of makes me nervous since they said they also need the phone within 30 days of activation. Fingers crossed it comes quickly. Hope everyone gets their shiny new iphones today!

That is really what it feels like!! That is on ATT though. I really thought i was WINNING being able to place early. I just knew i was going to have it in my hands today sighhhh

I just ended up cancelling my pre-order through ATT. Ordered through Apple with pickup in store today for the 12 pro blue 128GB
how long did it take for ATT to update their system. Anytime i play around on apples site its trying to make me pay full price and not adding it monthly to my bill?

3 Apple Stores near me show they'll have the iPhone 12 Pro Pacific Blue for in store pickup tomorrow. Might have to cancel my AT&T order and pick up tomorrow from Apple. Very sad that AT&T can't get their act together.

I'm surprised FedEx is delivering it on a weekend. I know they do ground residential delivery on weekends now for free, but they still up-charge for express shipping on weekends. Perhaps AT&T recognizes they've dropped the ball and are willing to eat the extra $$$ for Saturday air delivery.

Just got off phone with AT&T and they have no clue. I have a neighbor here in LA ordered same model and has tracking info. I'm still in the "In progress" phase. Whats really said after 15 years of being an AT&T customer, the guy on phone was more helpful in letting me know how to transfer my service to a new carrier than he was in trying to figure out the shipping details. I might give T-mobile a try once I get the phone and pay it off. But this will be the last post in an AT&T forum and I kinda feel good about it. Cathartic really.

Posted my gripe on twitter and TMobile was quick to reply:

If T-Mobile wasn't so spotty in my area I would seriously consider moving.

It seriously is enough to make me consider switching to T-Mobile and giving them a shot. I get that logistics can be a nightmare, but when you post on your site that you manage pre-orders as first come, first serve, then I see that my order has been changed to "backordered" but you fulfill orders made days later for the exact same model/storage/color device I ordered weeks ahead of their given delivery date it is unacceptable.

Not sure if you saw my post above but Tmobile is on their game. They are willing to help in any way to get my business. AT&T customer service was actually telling me how to leave vs. trying to find out more about my order. AT&T bought Warner Bros and cares more about being a movie producer than being a good carrier. 15 years of AT&T has made me suffer through this stuff but I think enough is enough.
