Great, as soon as my dad gives me the go ahead I'll be doing that then. I initially ordered from AT&T b/c it's his account and we thought only through AT&T you get the trade in offers but that doesn't seem to be the case

Yeah, I checked with ATT chat before I did this, and they confirmed the trade-in promotion is still valid if you order from Apple. But make sure you make the selection for the monthly installments, and select "no" for trade-in, since you will be trading in with ATT instead of Apple.

Sadly might have to just get a gold Pro, instead of blue but, rather get the phone ASAP as my current one is having trouble even just charging

you will still get the trade in with ATT ordering from Apple. You just say no when they ask about trade in and do monthly payments. Then when your done you will get an email from ATT to tell you how to do the trade in.

Definitely not trusting AT&T with a pre-order again, this is ridiculous. The point of pre-ordering is to ensure you get a device on time, and without the hassle of stocks running out at local stores, but I guess that’s too hard for a massive company with billions at their disposal to understand ??

Att is the worst! I can not stand them for pre orders. I just checked my local store and Apple has every model, color and GB size available for walk ins..... let’s start a movement. #ATTPreOrderDaWorst

My Fedex Guy just stopped by, received the Wifes iphone 12 green, my 12 pro 128gb pacific blue did not come in (Still Showing in Progress on att). Ordered on 10/16 at 7:36AM ET
Looks like it'll be next week, hopefully we get a tracking number by tomorrow...

This confirms it. Canceling my AT&T order and going with in store pickup tomorrow with Apple.

This is complete BS. Ordered one hour into preorder and both phones are sitting at "In Progress". I understand stock issues but I don't understand the ignorance of customer service in regards to this launch. From AT&T, I've received so much bad information that I'm seriously considering moving all 5 of my lines somewhere else.

The worst thing is, nobody else is offering $800 trade in. Kinda the worst year to leave them. But I do get it, they piss me off a lot.

Wow, my phone was just delivered that was quick. The tracking was not caught up to where my phone actually was, I didn't even know it arrived until I got an email from AT&T saying my phone was delivered. I never got any notifications from FedEx delivery manager either.

I ordered iPhone 12 pro graphite 256gb at 8:02am eastern on 10/16.

I have the new MagSafe charger which is really nice and the strength of the magnet is pretty strong.

I do have the apple clear case which I am not sure I love. It almost feels like you can go careless with this phone which I've never done.

I went from a iPhone XS Max to the the 12 pro, its slightly smaller, not too drastic for me. they feel about the same weight or maybe even the 12 a bit heavier.

check ur name infedex Manager. Even nick names. All yours names need to be in there. Even your full name or packages could not show up! Has to match the package exactly.

no sorry for the confusion, I knew I was at the fed ex facility and it was scheduled to be delivery today by 8pm. it got delivered at 950am. sometimes tracking will say its out for delivery etc. I never have gotten any fed ex deliveries this early. like fed ex left in my my garage. they didn't even ring my doorbell as I assumed I'd have to sign for it. then I happen to check my email and att said it was just delivered, I went outside it wasn't on the front steps but it was inside the garage.

man I love those bands. This is the first year I am actually considering the Gold for my pro max. I wanted the blue at first but seeing it in people’s hands it’s more like a aqua, to girly for me. So Gold or graphite!

IMO- I don't believe switching a carrier cause of a pre order of a phone... It should be based on cell service, Data plan, and cost of the phone bill. ATT has a nice discount for first responders and I have good coverage in my area... Now this pre order was deff more stressful than my last pre order of my X... They let people in WAY before the pre order time which wasn't cool.

Apple will probably be my next way to pre order a phone.... I ordered at 758am est and checking Apple app I was able to get the same phone , 128gb pro graphite, with the October 23 delivery until around 835am est.... For my X pre order i got only one date and it was the release date unlike this 12 pro I got a week range of dates that weren't the release date.. Even tho it worked out for me this time, my phone is out for delivery, I will probably try apple first (they have more units) and go from there.

Could covid be the blame for the lack of units, the lack of shipping etc... most likely. also grass isn't always greener on the other side! Verizon had many problems too.

I would turn off 5G unless you are in a big city and haveUW or 5G+. The speed increase isn’t enough to strain ur battery as much.
