I think its also what contract you are on (terms and whether business or personal), and whether you are a new or existing customer.
It just seems random to me. My wife and I are on the same account. She ordered an upgrade at 8:42am on preorder day, and I ordered an upgrade at 11:45am same day. Same 12 pro blue 128. Mine was delivered by FedEx today, hers was not. Hers said not until November.

Well I’m scheduled to pick up at Apple tomorrow. Never preordering with ATT again. I preordered in the first 5 minutes and my delivery went from the 23rd to the 10th of November? Unacceptable. Especially when people ordered theirs Monday/Tuesday and they’re already being delivered today.

Does anyone with ATT premier have an order that has moved from 'in progress'? Order 10/16 and no movement since then, haven't been charged either

I walked into my local Apple Store here in Los Angeles, Walked out with the same iPhone 12 Pacific Blue 512gigs in 25 mins, no lines. No Reservations. For 12 years I have preordered from AT&T - For Year 13, I will not.

Regardless, Happy day - at least for me. I wish you all great health, happiness and I hope you all get your phones and enjoy them! Now im off to play with my new 12 Pro!

I have a oct 26-11/2 ship date but there's a store 1/2 mile from my house. I just wasn't sure if AT&T takes a few days to reset eligibility. I'm also in Los Angeles and was going to go to Santa Monica store but on the website it says available tomorrow.

Mine is delivered! 256GB Pro in Pacific Blue. Ordered 7:57am ET and original estimate was Oct26-Nov2.

I have a oct 26-11/2 ship date but there's a store 1/2 mile from my house. I just wasn't sure if AT&T takes a few days to reset eligibility. If your upgrade eligibility doesn't reset immediately, just use online chat and they will reset it for you immediately.

I’m speechless. HUGE upgrade from the X. The square design brings me right back to the iPhone 4-5 days and the feel in the hand is amazing.
Got my evutec carbon fiber case on. Would like to find a nice matte transparent case ( clear shows finger prints). The bezels are very slim. Can’t wait to try out the camera as well.

Will be holding on to this baby until Apple decides to get rid of the notch and adds finger ID imbedded in the screen.

Seems no. In fact, I've tried to get a new phone in the AT&T store in the past, and was unable to because my number is attached to a premier account.

Might be worth calling/chatting and asking them - if they say yes, please let us know as I may do the same.

No, only via premiere. Ridiculous, but the way it is.

Only other way is to buy a device outright then change your sim, but no installments or promos unless in premier.

This came from the social media exec office of AT&T who I spoke with recently. Third parties do not have access to the billing systems for accounts in Premier or Firstnet.

Just called Best Buy and they confirmed that you can NOT if you are premier. Bummer.

That's the case that comes with a magnetic vent mount right?
How well does the magnet work?
Can you still wirelessly charge through that case?

You can either take it to a retail AT&T store or mail it in the box you received your new device in. There should be a prepaid return label. Remove all accessories and sim card, reset the device, pack it up and take to USPS and get a printed receipt as proof that you dropped it off. I'd also take a picture of the label.

The prepaid return label is not for trade-ins.
It's only for returning your new phone.

I only received a label to return my trade in. It was addressed to a 56901 zip code. There were instructions on the return process in my box. There was also a form to sign and return. You might want to double check with ATT before sending it off.
