Need to call when I get a chance, but my cancel button on the order status page had disappeared or maybe even never shown. Which evidently shouldn't have happened without the order shipping. Talking to live chat just now and they're claiming the order has shipped (they did not specify when), but I still have in progress, and nothing in FedEx, UPS, or even USPS delivery systems. They were going to get my tracking number, then the chat disconnected and the next guy was "from billing" so he claimed no access to see. Which is just so convenient there.
