Carrier AT&T iPhone 12/12 Pro/Max Pre-Order/Order Status/Delivery Thread (2020)

Looks the the site and the app are having some issues now. When I try and check my order status puts me into a sign in loop. Makes me nervous since I didn't get a confirmation email but this is just ATT being ATT.

Update - so the return box hung out in NJ and then PA forever before arriving in ATL 9 days after shipping it. So I called ATT to complain, and they have a team that's clearing my number to be upgrade eligible again *before* they get the phone back. So its possible to do that, I just don't know if it will be cleared in time. I have to port a number into ATT as well so will get the pro max with that no, and probably the mini when the upgrade clears - but it remains to be seen if the mini sells out in 2 mins tomorrow.

I always felt same way but decided to give them a try this time... hope I didn't make a mistake

Ok!!! I successfully ordered my 12 pro Max gold iPhone with 512gb storage and $950 off in promotional discounts with At&T!!! I did my order over the phone and felt like I was the first in line to do so. I didn’t have to wait...yay! I took off on the 13th so I can wait for delivery. I’m excited

Same, but then I found my order confirmation email from AT&T was somehow flagged as junk by Apple Mail (even though the "payoff your one remaining installment to be eligible for upgrade" receipt from AT&T had come into my inbox with no problem right before). I think you're fine and the site is just ATT being ATT like you said!

Ordered 2 phones from Att, upgrades at 752am. Both say in progress and delivery by 11/13. Haven’t received any email yet but does that sound about right? It was just to easy.

This was way to easy lol. Usually order from Apple but had to order one for Moms so after Att went live and hers so easy I did mine.

i checked apples site earlier and theirs said 11/13 delivery as well.
maybe they have a lot more supply for the demand!

You can always do it after the fact even if it’s not part of your order...

Graphite 256GB 12 Pro Max ordered at 8:45 EST from Premier. I have always been sent to the end of the line but, my ship date says 11/12/2020 to 11/13/2020. Maybe I will get a launch day delivery.

Apple put up the leather cases as I just ordered one. Sucks they raised the price by 10 dollars

So I tried placing my preorder 12 Max on AT&T Next in the app, on my current 11 Max. I got the "An issue occurred. Please try again" error three times when all info was correct. I switched to my iPad Pro and successfully placed the order there first try and got the "Your Order is Processing" email. But if I check my orders under my account in the app, it says I have none, and if I click the order confirmation link in the email, I get an Error page on Apple's site "There was a problem with your request. Please try again."

Not sure if this is still processing or it actually didnt go through?

when you placed the order did you get a order number?
if you did i would wait and let it catch up.
Just like when you check your account and it says your still eligible. They don’t update that INSTANT as soon as you upgrade.

Yup, I have an order number from the "Your Order is Processing" email. When I click on it, it goes to an Error page on Apple and no orders are showing up in my current Order history in the app. In the past when I've done this, it's shown up immediately

I'm surprised at the ease this go round and it makes me nervous for launch day. Hope it all works out for us all.

Ordered 6:32 CST. 12 pro max 256gb graphite. Nov. 13th delivery (for now)

I got on the phone with an AT&T representative at 7 AM this morning and she took my order. I didn’t even have to wait I felt like I was first in line. LOL. I already paid my taxes and received my confirmation email for the order etc. I guess what I like most was $950 in promotional discounts! I got the qualifying iPhone trade-in promotion and an extra $150 off for buying a new device and I guess that’s because I’ve been a very long time AT&T customer since the iPhone 3GS.
