Still no movement on my 44 SS ordered as soon as page loaded after 3:01 AM. No communication whatsoever about what’s going on. Chat is useless. Kills me that people who ordered after me are getting them and BB can’t even give me any semblance of an update let alone my order when promised...

Best Buy Pre Order for Series 4 Apple Watch?

ordered and pickup today at the apple store nearby for the aluminum instead of the SS from best buy. cancelling my order
I had ordered on the 16th....I had been on the fence. I chose BB because ATT didn't have any 40MM SS. BB has them available - it never gave me a date. There had been no movement so I finally went ahead tonight and cancelled it. I saw on the site you could get a 40MM SS Gold with Milanese loop shipped by Tuesday. I was going to do that but once I got through the order process it said only available for in store pickup and there are no stores within 250 miles from me. I guess I will wait it out for the 40mm SS. I have the original metal band that I paid a lot of money for that's why I want to stick to SS. Good luck everyone!

In a weird twist of fate, a Silver SS SB became available this morning at an apple store 40 minutes away. I did in store pickup and brought it home. A friend is buying one of the Best Buy watches arriving Monday and the other is going back to the store.
My GSS 44 with sport band was delivered today. My 44 GSS with Milanese will be delivered Monday.
So I put in my THIRD order. Website says Aluminum 44mm available for shipping on Tue Sept 25 and in store on Friday Sept 28. So does that mean my first order will arrive before this one? Or is the info on their website absolutely worthless? My first two orders - one shipping, one in store pickup still says delayed. Third order is in progress. I guess I'll find out tomorrow if there is any movement on these.
Depends on the model, it's worthless for Space Black SS but pretty accurate for Aluminum models.
Yup, I called this morning and moved my store pickup to shipping.
Had to laugh at the website:
* Order to ship and we'll deliver 9/26
* Want it faster? Order for in-store pickup and get it 9/28
I just contacted a bestbuy representative to get an update on my pre order since I got the email saying “pickup delayed”, and was told their system is showing a release date of the 28th...and after telling her that apple released the series 4 and iPhones on the 21st, she said best buy isn’t releasing them until the 28 so that’s when everyone who was promised a release date of the 21st should be able to get them...this makes no sense
if you call back 10 times, you will get 10 different stories, they are pretty clueless.
I called last night and the lady offered me a 10 dollar gift card for the troubles I told her keep your gift card, I am good.
Called and they gave me a $20 gift card. Blah . They said my watch should ship this week though...we'll see
You took my watch. I live outside of Gainesville. Mine was supposed to be available for pickup on the 21st but then moved to the 28th.
So my strategy may pay off. The last order I made may be the first to arrive. It currently says "preparing" which is further than my other orders got. Now this is like a game. Which of my 3 orders will arrive first? Oh the anticipation...

Mine is scheduled to be delivered by FedEx sometime before 8pm today. My status was always "Pre-Ordered: We'll let you know when it ships"; i.e. they never gave me a date until I had shipment notification which came Friday morning.
Same here. I was never promised a delivery date other than it would ship on Friday. If I had asked for Fed Ex I would have had an expectation of Sat delivery. Soon come now!
