Mine just went from preparing to shipped. Even gives me a UPS tracking number that doesn't show up in the UPS system yet. 44mm space gray aluminium w/black sport band

Getting flashbacks to the orginial Apple Watch launch where most stainless models were late but all the aluminum shipped without incident.

Mine is now showing up in FedEx tracking and looking good! The shipping for mine is originating from their Distribution Center in Ardmore, OK.

Seems like most that are shipping are the aluminum models. I like them because they are light. I have the tracking number from Best Buy but nothing on the UPS site yet. It probably hasn't been picked up yet.

I've been ordering a lot from Best Buy lately, and it seems that they are shipping from local stores more often. I don't know this for sure, but many of my recent orders have been shipping from nearby cities that happen to have Best Buy stores. I've had things delivered by UPS the next day, so there is still time. If UPS picks them up from your local store this evening, then they can definitely still arrive by tomorrow.

Anyone pre-ordered from Best Buy Canada? It's my first Apple Watch. I was hoping to use it for my first Half Marathon on Saturday. I missed the Apple pre-order hence going Best Buy. But I still don't see the order status on my Best Buy Pre-order changing to 'shipped' or anything. I am thinking if I should line-up tomorrow 8am in the morning at my local Apple Store....

Late to the thread, but I just spoke with two BB chat reps that said my space grey aluminum sport loop will ship out tomorrow. One said it will be delivered up to 5 days after release and the other said that their inventory count might find an additional to be shipped immediately. I'm taking it with a grain of salt, but not holding my breath on a delivery tomorrow at this point.

And now the SBSS 44mm I ordered from Apple just got charged and says preparing to ship...so I might get it before the Best Buy one that was supposed to "ship by" the 21st.

No movement here on Black 44 sport loop. Still says ships by tomorrow. I'm holding out hope, but making a backup plan just in case. I'm about to order another one with the silicone band, which is still available for in-store pickup near me tomorrow. If mine arrives on time, I'll cancel it. If not, I'll return it when mine finally does arrive. Either way, I'll have one tomorrow!

Best buy chat says my SS 9/14 order will arrive tomorrow... sounds great....but... they also say my 9/17 SBSS will arrive tomorrow..... and that is extremely doubtful.

I think most of these guys are reading the same script they get with preordering video games.

Dang, now my "arrives Oct 5-12" order direct with Apple went to "preparing to ship". Now looking like both my orders will be ready tomorrow. I wasn't going to cancel either order until I had one in hand. I wasn't expecting the apple order wot ship now when it had a date 2 weeks out.

Where do you see this? I'm in the Apple Store app and it says "Status: Order In Progress". Is that where I'll see the change when/if it happens?
