call quality is fine as far as I can tell but I didn't make many calls before I put the case on so I don't really have a frame of reference.

case it easy to put together/take apart. The two halves snap together quickly at six points with just a little pressure. The instructions that come with the case aren't detailed but it's pretty self explanatory how the case goes together.

Compared to previous griffin cases it's very easy to remove the case. 6 tabs to unclick the front. Then place case over hand and gently press on centre back of case. Phone comes out really easy.

A *big* thanks for the beta sir! I look forward to using this case.

Otterbox is also good but the latest product of Griffin looks amazing and far more better than Otterbox I love the double protection feature of the Griffin

I have the Slim Armor from Spigen.
I just ordered a UAG case, want something with a little more protection.
We'll see how it is when I get it, suppose to ship tomorrow.

Two armor style cases that have caught my eye are the Lunatik Taktik Extreme and Bric Plus

They seem to be everything proof and there are some serious torture tests on youtube for the Lunatik Taktik Extreme. However neither are available yet for the 6/6+. I suggest everyone contact these companies urging them to make them.

Emailed Lunatik, checked out Bric and they apparently have one coming out with an ETA of November http://bricplus.com/products/iphone-6-bric-xtreme-aluminum

Lunatic is a very durable case.. the only downside for me I think is the bulkiness of it

I agree love the Griffin case so much I have it on both of my iPhone6/iPhone 6 Plus

1.Cheaper case than Otterbox
2.Protects the camera too

Does the Spigen case fit properly now or do you still have to add the insert for the volume buttons?

This is my first post here- I can see here that I really didnt need to spend all the money to get an otterbox... there are seemingly plenty of good other options

Griffin cases seem to have very good levels of protection. Ages ago I was skating with my iPhone 4 in a Griffin survivor case, and I tripped over a twig. I slammed nearly my whole bodyweight onto that phone on the tarmac, and it was fine. I was so relieved I didn't even care about my skinned knee.

I just received my Supcase Unicorn Beetle PRO Series and I must say I am impressed with the fit , feel and thinness. This case looks like it will protect my iPhone 6 from any situation. The built in screen protector is not too shabby and sits nice and flush on my screen. I did clean both sides of the screen once I removed the protective film. For me I like protection for my phone. One of the reasons all my iPhone's are always in mint condition a year later.

My case fits great, volume buttons work well along with the power button.
I actually don't know about the insert you are talking about. Was it something they send you if your buttons aren't working well?

Dont know this brand but thanks for sharing its going to be on my list when I buy another one

My only problem with Lunatik's cases is from the prototype pictures on their site for the 6 and 6+ it looks like all they did was take the old TakTik case and made it fit the 6's. I loved my TakTik on my 5s but that size of case on my 6+ would make it huge. I believe it adds around an inch to width and height which would rule out all the ways I carry my phone.

After searching and reading thru all the pages here I decided to get the Supcase unicorn beetle as a temporary case until other cases like Lifeproof ,Otterbox and others come out, I think for $20 bucks I can't go wrong to protect my iPhone 6+ for now.

As the Otterbox Defender has gotten such a bashing, I was planning on going for the the Pelican Voyager. However, after hearing about how difficult it is to get the cover off, and already knowing how fragile the iphone 6 is, I'm passing on the Pelican so as not to destroy my iphone when removing the cover. I've decided to hold onto the Otterbox defender until something better comes along. At least I know my phone is thoroughly protected and I'll have time enough to return it when something better comes along or if the otterbox gets updated.
