So I have been using the RhinoShield SolidSuit Carbon for a few days now, and I love it! Slim, protective, great quality, and amazing buttons (so clicky). It is indeed, as others said, a bit slippery. However, not so slippery that it ‘annoys’ me. All in all, if you are looking for good protection, this is probably the best and slimmest choice.

Thing is, with so many good choices people don't need to settle...yet they do.

I have so many uneducated friends that buy cases. They shouldn’t be buying them without homework lol usually what they have is based on convenience and availability. If little gas station sells it they’ll buy it based on “need” and that’s how they sell

I liked mine for everything you said but was just too slippery for a heavy duty case, i would of dropped it more than the Caudabe sheath which has great grip but no way near as protective, and believe it or not the charcoal grey leather i got has better grip than the rhino, i stopped buying them as were too slippery but this one is great straight out of the box.

New in my collection lambo case ;)

Does anyone have both the Mous Limitless and the RhinoShield SolidSuit? If so, how do these cases compare?

Anyone use the Pad and Quill Bella fino wallet case? How do you like it? Hows the extra bumper case that's included?

I just reviewed the SolidSuit and I am impressed. As @Thomasss95 says, the case is a little slippery, but not so much that it is problematic. And it has a great fit and outstanding buttons. For those of you that remember the two previous versions of the SolidSuit, this new case has very little in common with them. It is much more similar to the RhinoShield PlayProof than anything. And it is much better than the MOD.

I had it and found it too slippery for a protective case, the apple leather has better grip and people complain about it being slippery, it's a great looking case and buttons excellent but for $69aud here V the UAG plasma $39, didn't see the value.
Makes you wonder who would of thought it was a good idea too have slippery sides, the phone itself has better grip.

I'm not sure what it is with RhinoShield and its tendency to have slippery cases. The new SolidSuit, and the PlayProof, are the least slippery RhinoShield cases since the gorgeously grippy leather SolidSuit for the iPhone 6s Plus. My guess is that their special super drop protective polymers are just slippery. At any rate, if you are concerned about grip, I think the Carbon Fiber finish is the grippiest finish available right now. I have my fingers crossed that the upcoming leather version will be even grippier.

Yeah I was thinking the leather might be better but it was more the sides I found slippery not the back.
I have had a few UAG cases over the years, your YouTube review of the plasma ice and 8 plus silver was what sold me on getting one for my silver X, hope you are getting a few $$ from someone :)

My iPhone X has worn leather cases for most of the time since I've had it, but today I decided to go transparent with a Spigen Liquid Crystal case. Really like this case, it provides pretty good protection and a good grip :)

Thanks so much! I think the UAG Plasma Ice and the silver 8 Plus is a stunning combo :)
I totally get your point about the RhinoShield SolidSuit case sides, but that seems to be just the way things are with them. Still one of my favorite cases, though...
