Thanks. Struggling to find it on Amazon.

What would that website be that's hidden under the lower section of the case??

Is the front lip ok? It looks less intrusive than most because it slopes outwards on an angle, which I'd think means Home Gestures aren't affected too much?

The website is www.argentosc.com but it leads to a site that has nothing to do with iPhone cases or the Original Penguin brand that I can see. This case is proving to be quite the mystery actually. Either way, the feel in the hand is really nice and the raised edges are quite generous while keeping a relatively slim build. And yes, they slope at an angle making it easy to continue using gestures. Really enjoying it.

Use a good protective case and screen protector and you will never need AC+

Ofcourse this would be an alternative for an expensive AppleCare+.
However, slapping a beautifully designed phone into a bulky/cheap feels wrong to me.

I have a the case above and an Apple leather case for moments when i really need the scratch protection. Other than that, i use my iPhone X naked.

I agree people have different perferrences?! I too use my iPhone Naked most times.

Be very careful with slide on cases. Any grit/debris that gets inside will damage the phone when removing.
Learned my lesson with that way back with the 3GS. Put a long deep scratch on an otherwise perfect phone whilst removing a slider case.

Glad I waited and didn’t get the Pitaka. EverythingApplePro did a drop test and the Pitaka provided the least protection of all the 10 or so cases he tested. Granted it was from a 50 foot tower but it was interesting how much protection each case afforded. I know the Pitaka is a minimalist case but I was under the impression the Aramid fibers made it stronger and more protective even with it’s minimalist design.......boy was I wrong. The Apple Leather did really good in comparison.
Hi jlczl, member of PITAKA here.
Our MagCase is designed to be minimal and to bear daily tears or drops, though it's made from aramid fiber materials. So different from those proof cases, the height test is not where we are good at. But we do look forward to a bullet test.... :D

Thanks for coming here in the forums.
The only issue I have with the MagCase is the exposed top and bottom. It's fair the bottom is exposed but cover the top at least.

Materials may be good but the case offers too much iPhone exposure as pointed out above. Buttons as well.

was hunting for the slimmest (minimal) case for weeks...Tried about 8 of those slim cases/covers over the last few weeks.
Finally found the perfect (very very) minimal case with a fantastic grip.
I usually hate about 95% of all of those cases out there, for me, they completely ruin my user experience.

It's the MagCase from Pitaka

https://www.ipitaka.com/products/magcase-for-iphone-x?variant=900958912540

It feels like a glove, you can hardly notice it's there and its made of 100% Aramid.

So we have this big discussion about Pitaka, point out a few things it falls short on and now everyone comes to advertise them like we’ve never heard of them?

haha..sorry, I didn't see all of the posters before me raving or complainting about Pitaka. My apologies.
I am just very happy with this case. For me this minimal case feels just much better then all of those TPU/plastic thin cases out there.

It does look like a solid case. I realize it’s aramid but I think they’re a little proud of it. If it covered buttons I’d have already ordered one to try.

Somebody had asked about my upcoming real vs fake Apple Leather Folio Case video but I can’t find that conversation in these case threads so I’ll just leave it here:

We noticed that iPhone X users do care much more about the screen protection than the users of the previous iPhones. Full screen iPhone does make a difference. :D We only focused on minimalistic design in the past but we will cover both the minimalistic case and the protective case in the future.

Not sure anyone has mentioned this, but it looks like a Pitaka case.

Got one for my iPhone 7, but I wouldn't dare get this for the X as it'll scuff the stainless steel band for sure just by putting it on and taking it off.

Hi Daranx, member of PITAKA here.
Certainly it's PITAKA MagCase. Glad to know you ever tried our case. But we have sold many and many of iPhone X MagCases. Haven't got the feedback of our Magcase scuffing the phone body. Just want to make sure you got a good experience of using our iPhone 7 case. Let us know if you need any help.

I have the Pitaka MagCase (black/grey plain color) and love the minimalist, slim style of the case, but it's a major fingerprint magnet. Is it the nature of the Aramid material and/or the oils from my fingers? I emailed Pitaka about the fingerprints they said it’s the nature of the coating on the case. They also said the twill model is less prone to fingerprints than the plain model. Maybe the plain camouflages them better because of the pattern? I’m considering exchanging plain for twill, but even after watching some YouTube videos on the case, the plain one appears to be a fingerprint magnet.
