Agree with Next Monday. Beta 2 of a major X.0.0 release has nearly always come ~2 weeks from the day beta 1 drops.

I suppose it's possible that beta 2 could have the full music app early... Or that beta 3 could be nothing much more then a music update... Or ios9 users could get Apple music a week later...

Apple Music subscription prompts already exist in 8.4b4 so all it takes is for Apple to activate the service. 9.0b2 will be similar, so there's nothing preventing them from pushing beta 2 on June 22.

Disagree. Where is Connect? You're missing at least two features from that bottom row of options, that aren't in that software version. The full Apple Music experience is not rolled into that seed.

Why?

Apple usually release the early betas every 2 weeks. A release today makes sense. Beats Radio showing up in 8.4 betas and ios 9 betas shows Apple can turn the music services on their end without a software update

Not necessarily. Usually just two weeks after beta 1, but sometimes it's 15 days rather than 14. I can't see Apple waiting another week.
