I had some problems same but in 11.0.1. When I update to 11.1 they're gone.
Hello everyone. Upgraded to Mac OS Big Sur. I am now unable to use the Itunes replacement called Music to put ringtones onto my phone. I’ve tried the standard procedure of converting it to AAC, changing the file extension to m4r, and then dragging to the iPhone in the finder window. This puts the 30 second tone I created in my iPhone’s music but not in the ringtones section.
Does anyone know when this is going to be fixed?

I am planning to upgrade Mac Pro 2013 (12 core D700) from Catalina to Big Sur. Any feedback, experience or suggestions are welcome.
I have the same concern since I upgraded to 15 earlier this year. Based on this kb article on their site, Parallels wants me to do a paid upgrade again!

I don't know about others, but I haven't been able to get VirtualBox running under Big Sur 11.0.1 or 11.1 Beta.
However, you can get VMWare Fusion Player for free. You just need to sign up for a free personal licence. That is what I am currently using with Ubuntu 20.10
VirtualBox 6.1.16 (and higher) are supported on Big Sur; However, while in an MBA in which I did a clean install works like a charm, in an MBP upgraded from Catalina I haven't been able to run it. So far I have tried everything I can think of and have narrowed it to some issue with the kernel extension, but it baffles me that in the other machine I didn't have any issues, so YMMV.

Kernel Panic Fix - Issue is related to Parallels hypervisor kext. You can switch to the Apple hypervisor under "Hardware - > CPU & Memory -> Advanced Settings" of your VM's settings, works for now until Parallels can fix it with an update.- New update: 16.0.1 seems to resolve the HyperVisor issue.

That may be the problem. I may have been running VB6.1.16 on an upgraded system, not clean install one.
Carbon Copy Cloner (CCC) - ver. 5.1.23 - CCC can now make bootable backups of a Big Sur startup disk on Intel-based Macs. Support for System volume cloning on Apple Silicon Macs is disabled for now because Apple's APFS replication utility does not currently work on that platform. When Apple fixes that, we'll post an update to CCC that restores support for making bootable backups on Apple Silicon Macs.
CCC 5.1.23 will automatically perform Data Volume backups on M1 Macs and avoid any attempts to copy a System volume on those Macs.

I believe you can make a bootable backup by installing a clean copy of Big Sur on the target disk and then copying the Data volume from the source disk to the target disk. The System volumes should be the same.
I did this with Big Sur on Intel before the CCC 5.1.23 update and it worked nicely. Perhaps someone with a Silicon Mac could try that and report back.
Big Sur: VLC in fullscreen distorts colours, highlights are overblown and saturation is out of control.

OneDrive keeps logging out and asks me to sign in again.

It is for me with latest 11.1 beta. Boot it from battle.net instead of the Diablo 3 applicaion. Running s22 via late 2015 27" 4 Ghz i7 iMac.

I did. I have a MBA with the M1 chip. Maybe that is the difference? It’s loading for some seconds and then gives an error initializing.
Normally the Rosetta App should take care of the non-universal Apps. Maybe there is a command line parameter or some settings that are necessary? Anyway I would say the list of working apps maybe needs to be split up between Arm and x86.

I'm using Brave on Big Sur with no issues. I wonder if you have some third party app getting in the way or something?
I won't leave VMWare or Fusion out as an options, but I'm hoping to stick with Parallels since up I bought Parallels just a few months ago. Also, trying to transfer a VM with an activated Windows license on it to another app or machine is a scary proposition.
When I bought my Macbook Pro back in March 2020, I deleted the Windows VM from my old Macbook Pro before transferring it to my new one. It was an adventure to get it back:
- Restoring a backup from it using WinClone didn't work. It started up but wasn't activated.
- Calling Microsoft tech support to activate the license didn't work. They refused. The next step would have been to ask for their manager, but after 2 hours on the phone with a MS support tech who barely spoke English, I decided to try something else first.
- Luckily, I had a copy of the VM files in Backblaze. I downloaded the files from there. It started right up and Windows was activated. Whew!
After going through all of that mess, migrating the VM to another app would be a last resort for me.
