So I was at the Apple Store. They change the whole display, is nothing special for them.
It cost's 600Eur with tax, but I'm in warranty time..

I think my new MacBook Pro 2019 started to experience blueish spot.
The same location so I think it is due to pressure.
I have a MBP 15" 2016 with Touch Bar with some blue stains on my screen that are growing large. I compare my screen with another MBP and the problem is very obvious.
I've been having the same issue with my 2016 Macbook pro 15" ever since I purchased it. I've had to replace the screen twice under Apple care. It would have cost me $1600 CAD if not for the Apple care; that's more than half the value of this thing.
My theory, that it seems no one has proposed so far, is that the blue spots are cause by a chemical reaction between the polymer of the screen and the acidic sweat residue from the hands on the body of the Macbook, when the Macbook is closed. The screen would be very close to the keyboard in the clam shell state, and it could also be that the heat from the machine is able to vaporize some of the sweat residue, exacberating the problem. Therefore, the hotter the Macbook is while running in clam shell and the greater amount of sweat residue left on the keyboard and body of the Macbook, the greater the chemical reaction and the more intense blue discoloration radiating out from the highest concentration of sweat residue locations.
Each time the issue has shown up, the blue spots have CONSISTENTLY been in the same locations that correlate to where my right and left palms rest, with more minor blue spots being in areas that are touched more frequently, such as the space bar and other locations. After the last repair and screen replacement, I purchased a screen protector for my Macbook, not because I touch the screen frequently, but to see if the screen protector could provide some kind of physical barrier between the sweat residue and the polymer of the screen. It has now been 7 months since the last repair (as of this writing) and I am experiencing blue spots AGAIN for the 3rd time. I hope that they are only on the screen protector and that I will be able to remove the protector and have a beautiful uniform screen again, but I fear the chemical reactions could have penetrated the screen protector and reacted with the original display on my Macbook. I'm going to remove the screen protector soon and do a comparison (between screen protector on and screen protector off) to see if it has solved my issue. I'll provide an update with my results.

I have a macbook pro 2018 15 inch with i7 2.6Hz and 16GB RAM. The blue spot is quite apparent. The macbook is 15 months old so 3 months out of warranty. Will try my luck at the apple store this Wednesday...
The same thing happened to my Pro 15' 2017, just two weeks after the warranty expired. I have had this issue 3 times now on my Pro 15' 2018. I've had it for 10 months and it's been in service for a month in total. I think it's unacceptable. What is more, this forces me to buy extended warranty for 330 pounds, as the screen becomes faulty every 2 months. As this has been an ongoing issue since 2016, it is really sad that Apple hasn't done anything about the issue, especially given the high price tag.View attachment 871274
