I ordered both a phone and a case. Have 2 tracking numbers. The phone is showing it's coming from Tennessee.

If I was a betting man, I would say your case is coming from Tennessee. I’ve never seen them ship iPhones via FedEx.

Had no interest in this year`s iPhone. Anyone who got one last year should skip this cycle. Next year with a new form factor and other upgrades would be the way to go. I`m bored of the 10s max but there`s nothing exciting about this years phones

The Tennessee tracking number is a 1.6lb package, while the other one is 0.20lb, so I think the Tennessee is indeed the phone

Interesting. Maybe that’s why I can’t find tracking info for my phone on UPS. They shipped Canadian phones via FedEx perhaps.

I did but that’s a separate tracking number. UPS via Mount Juliet TN is a 1.5 pound package with delivery Sep 20. My case is Sep 18. Definitely the phone.

Mt Juliet has a UPS hub since 2014.

Anyone tried track by reference on UPS? I tried my phone number but it only shows up the clear case I ordered...
Still nothing for iPhone, although I also ordered in the first minute and it shows delivery on Sep 20 on Apple's website

(my credit card got charged on Sep 13 btw)

I found mine through the UPS My Choice app - the reference numbers don't seem to have my phone number or anything related to my order number either. Just set up My Choice for UPS with your name/shipping address/phone number and it should show up.

Do you know if we in Canada can request for pickup from the hub instead of getting them delivered to home. UPS comes to my house at 6PM .

I don’t believe Apple allows UPS to redirect or hold packages for launch day. If they did, it likely wouldn’t be ready at the hub until later that day anyway.

In US thread many people are doing that to get them early, however if you choose to drop at store that will be the last thing for UPS driver, but at hub, it can be done same time as they are loading the truck.

Not this year for me, but yes the 3 Last years. Also, mine is scheduled for september 23rd, not the 20th.

Not 'No One'. There have been few members above your post and last page who have been able to track their phones in UPS My Choice.

Can't look up the tracking by reference but it does show up automatically on UPS my choice if you have an account.

UPS My Choice is different than tracking by reference (order number, phone number, etc).. I got mine shipped to work as I won't be home on Friday but don't get UPS My Choice alerts for work

I didn't either - until I just added my work address as a location. Then automatically popped up.
