It's making me enter a PIN sent via letter mail before it will finish adding it.. guess I'll have to wait for Apple to update the tracking on their end this time.
edit: For anyone who has theirs showing up in UPS My Choice, is there anything in the reference field that somehow corresponds to your order? Maybe they are using a different format for order number or phone number in Canada?

Ah yeah forgot about that part. Definitely do that for next time though.
There are no reference numbers on the UPS my choice tracking, except the address.
In my case, on the UPS MyChoice, nothing, but I took the tracking number there 1Zxxxxxxxxxx and with that, when i'm logged in, I can see reference numbers, but the 3 numbers are not my Phone or Order Number.... I don't know how they are generated.
Did you get notified right away when it was added o your UPS MyChoice or checked it randomly?
I saw these posts and so went into UPS MyChoice and it's there. I did not receive a notification.
I went back through some of my old Apple Store orders and they all have a 10 digit number beginning with 86******** listed as the reference number on UPS or FedEx tracking. Unfortunately I haven't found any correlation between it and the W********** order numbers or references to it in any of my orders so it's most likely some sort of internal order number. I wish they would just use phone numbers like in the United States.
I didn't know about MyChoice, when I read that on the US thread, I tried, and it was there already.
I just received the “AppleCare+ Proof of Coverage” email so I assume things are progressing.. hopefully a tracking number follows soon after!
Both my phones are showing in UPS MyCHOICE from Apple in Mount Juliette, TN. Delivery by 9/20 end of the day.
Order processed and ready for UPS. One’s 1.6 lbs and the other is 1.5 lbs. I’m guessing the 1.6 is the iPhone 11 Pro Max

I haven't got anything yet. (Im in calgary) Ordered within 2 mins and suppose to deliver on 20th to my work. No tracking what so ever.

Weirdly, the pending charge is no longer on my card, nor is the charge reflecting in my available balance any more. I haven’t received a call from the CC company or an email from Apple, so not sure what’s up there...

I believe the tracking is way behind and the next movement you see is that the package is in Canada. If you have a September 20 delivery, I would put money on you getting it Friday.Argh, mine is STILL sitting in Tennessee. I guess it will be Monday after all.

Same here, pending charge just disappeared...
Same here, nothing on UPS my choice but order still shows Sep 20 delivery, got Applecare+ email though.
The charge has been pending on my credit card since order... There's probably been movement for all our devices but for some reason zero update on shipping or even acknowledgement that they've even shipped... Bizarre...
I think we just need to wait for those devices arrive at Mont Juliet TN. Then UPS will transfer those packages to us in Canada. That’s perhaps why we don’t have all those tracking movements from China. My UPS page still shows “Ready for UPS” at TN.
