Ok so I went to the ups site and then logged in to my choice account. Now it showed a 1Z number. I copied tha5 into the my choice web app and now I have proper tracking details and where it’s shipping from etc.

I had the same question with my Bell order and they confirmed they only ship on release day, and it seems like even shipment is delayed for some carriers by a few days/weeks.

Got an email from Apple for my in store reservation and what to bring for a carrier upgrade. Bell is still processing my cancellation of the carrier order, so I am thinking if the cancellation isn’t processed by Friday, I’ll port out to Telus.

Don’t worry either Thursday night or Friday morning it’ll jump to ready for pickup, you won’t get any shipping notices

Same here for my in-store pickup. Maybe they turned off orders on app so that people stop refreshing non-stop today 😂

It worked when I checked around 6am, and for those wondering, yes it was still “preparing to ship” with a delivery of “October 23”. (Arriving tomorrow on the app “for you” page)

Same here. Browser is the way to go for those who haven’t received their tracking number. My tracking is also still stuck at “in transit to UPS”.

My experience with with the X was my local local depot then delivered the next day 🤞
