I've got a Blue 128GB iPhone 12 on order and it just moved to preparing to ship. I'm on the west coast.
Also, does anyone else find it kind of weird that Apple lists 0% GST in the transaction but estimated tax of 12% (5% GST + 7% PST in BC)? It works out to the same but the way they write it in the order confirmation makes it seem like I didn't pay GST, but obviously did.

depends if you’re reserving or pre-ordering with in-store pickup.
I reserved in store and you don’t provide any payment details, so you pay when you get it in hand.
If you pre-order and pickup, looks like it’s the day you pick it up.
How is the front edge of the case? Is it thick enough to protect the front of the iPhone?
Anybody planning to go to a carrier store on release day? Think Telus stores will have any stock or are they all reserved for preorders?
Mine is preparing to ship too; I'm in the Maritimes.
Though I wasn't initially planning for it, I'm now looking into a clear case. Oddly, it looks like a lot of typical brands like Spigen are only carrying ones for the Pro Max right now

I had To downgrade my X to a 7+ due to screen + water damage so this upgrade is going to be pretty big for me. Especially since my microphone doesn’t work and the camera has days where it doesn’t won’t too lol

How is everyone's orders already preparing to ship. I ordered mine at 8:08 Eastern time.

Mine was at like 9:07 ADT; at least that's when I got the order email. It was a pretty narrow window for the initial Oct. 23 delivery

I got my order confirmation e-mail at 8:04. I think ordered placed 8:03.
I got my confirmation email at 8:12 and I’m getting the 12 pro pacific blue 256 on launch day
Ordered a 128 GB 12 Pro Graphite, it's set to arrive on launch day. Preparing to ship... but I want to cancel it. Anyone ever cancelled after preparing to ship? Or I will have to return it?
