Ordered a 128 GB 12 Pro Graphite, it's set to arrive on launch day. Preparing to ship... but I want to cancel it. Anyone ever cancelled after preparing to ship? Or I will have to return it?
You had about a 24 hour window when it was processing, before preparing to ship. Now that it’s PTS, you can’t cancel and will need to return.

The store page wouldn't even load for me until 8:06 Eastern. Weird. I wonder if the 128GB model had a higher demand. I know 5 hours after placing the order, I could do a in store pickup for the 256GB model.

the Apple store app is usually the most reliable way to get it if ya already have an iPhone.

Yeah, the lowest sizes are usually the most popular.

I got my order confirmation at 8:05 am EST and its still processing. Delivery time still shows Friday aha. I guess im one of those who wont get it on friday :(

Reserved an iPhone📱 12, 128 gigs, black for in store pickup on Oct 24th. i have my eyes on the blue but need to see it first. If I see it in store and prefer it, hopefully there will still be one available for a switch.

I used the app. I even have a screenshot from the app saying I would get it on the 23rd. I’m bitter lol.

I am still waiting on the preparing to ship. However a trick for those of you waiting to see if it has shipped. You can go to UPS's website, click track by reference and enter your phone number in without the leading 1. Often times it will be updated on UPS site before the apple app.

Hi all, first post here on this forum.

I preordered a Blue 12 128GB, but after playing with the 11s instore yesterday, I’m leaning towards going with a 12 Pro Max next month instead. I’m coming from a 7 Plus and kind of wanted a smaller phone, but the large 6.7” screen of the 12PM tempts me greatly...

Try the regular blue when you get it since you can return regardless, I am pro max user for the 11, I enjoy it but sometimes feel it’s too big so I am also gonna try the regular 12 pro

Size-wize it wouldn't be too big a change for you. It has quite the difference in weight though; 188g in the 7+ vs 228g in the 12 Pro Max.

Personally I wouldn't want to go any heavier than the 202g 8+ I have right now, but everyone has their preferences.

Yeah I do prefer the regular 12’s darker blue (based on pictures of them available so far). Likely going with Graphite if I do the Pro Max. Good call on trying out the 12 first with the lenient return policy.

I hear ya, sometimes the size and weight of my 7 Plus bothers me when I’m out and about or at the gym. Or those times I bonk myself in the face with it in bed when I start falling asleep. Would imagine that’ll hurt more with the heftier 12 Pro Max :p

I ended up canceling my Bell order and just reserving it via Apple for in-store reservation and upgrade. Never done an in-store upgrade before, does anyone here have any experience with the carrier side of Apple?

yes! I upgraded to an 11 Pro last year, moved over from Telus to Bell. Apple store employee ported my number over (I honestly helped them do 90% of it), brought out my phone, activated it on my phone number and then I just had to sign the contract forms. Quite easy!

I’m actually grabbing it on my way to work, so it’s not too bad :)

I highly doubt anyone will camp out for these devices, but you never know... 😂
I hope not! I’ve had the day booked off for unrelated reasons for a while, so I figured I might as well get a little extra sleep before I go grab it.
