Try the regular blue when you get it since you can return regardless, I am pro max user for the 11, I enjoy it but sometimes feel it’s too big so I am also gonna try the regular 12 pro

I picked the pro over pro max for size last year, I am now yet again leaning toward the pro max too. I definitely prefer the lighter and smaller size of the regular pro

However the step back in battery life im not a fan of. I'm going to give it a go but the top quality battery of the 12 pro max might push me towards that. I wish Apple didn't differentiate the cameras this year

I agree with what you said, I always went pro max for battery in the past it def lasts a day and more

The folks over in the US thread have tracked down which flight their iPhone 12/12 Pro are on to this one (more likely, https://flightaware.com/live/flight/CAO1007) or this one (less likely, https://flightaware.com/live/flight/CLX9781). Both are scheduled to land in Anchorage, AK, USA around 9:50PM local time (so 1:50AM EST) tonight.

Chances are that our Canadian phones are loaded on there as well. Once landed in Anchorage, UPS will probably fly them down to their Louisville, KY, USA hub, and from there they'll make their way to Canada (probably Concord, ON via Toronto's YYZ airport), at which point we'll finally get our tracking info (late Tuesday or early Wednesday). Once in Concord, customs clearance will occur, and the phones will be on their way to our individual cities!

iPhone 12 Pro, Pacific Blue, 128GB preorder here. Got mine in at 8:04AM EST, scheduled delivery this Friday the 23rd.

Just speaking on previous experience here and wanted to share this analysis with my fellow Canadians, so things may differ this time 'round!

Holy hell; there's dedication, then there's this lol

Is there a general worry that deliveries might be late? I think every one of my past Apple Store orders have arrived on time

Haha, had some time to spare and thought I'd give the analysis a whirl ;)
I'm not worried for delays, UPS has been pretty good lately and usually iPhone shipments are sent with a UPS Express service. So far everything seems 'on track' compared to previous product launches

That’s pretty intense Lol. So this could be good. I work in Concord and am having it delivered to my work on Friday.

I ordered mine on Saturday 10/17 for delivery between 10/28 and 10/30. iPhone 12 128Gb in green. Shipping to Calgary.

Could’ve reserved one for in store pickup this coming weekend, but decided to avoid the mall if I can especially with the recent spike in new COVID cases.

Wish me luck... I’ve have to go to Market Mall for mine.. lol. The rise in cases over the weekend makes me nervous for sure.

Both Chinook Centre and Market Mall have my model available for pickup on Saturday. Would’ve gone to Chinook as it’s slightly closer for me, but I’m not exactly in a rush to get it and didn’t mind waiting an extra few days if I didn’t have to go out lol. I’m sure it’ll be worth it in the end.

Did you find the silver pro you were looking for? I’m on The west coast and still haven’t seen a silver pro being available.

There’s still hope for you. I’ve seen those dates bounce around but when it was finally delivered, the original date worked out fine.

wow really that’s amazing to hear. Let’s see what happens. I’m planning to see if any of my local stores have the iPhone on Friday morning if they do I’ll cancel my order if it hasn’t already shipped

For Western provinces it won’t go quite that way. Anchorage -> Louisville -> Minneapolis -> Winnipeg for mine. Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver will likely have similar paths.
it’ll be Louisville early Thursday, Minneapolis Thursday night and into Winnipeg Friday morning to me. UPS flight arrives here 0700 or so local time which is early enough for same day delivery.

I did many iphone launches at market mall when I lived in Calgary. Really nice apple store

I bought a 12 pro graphite 256gb with 8:02am confirmation, and a 12 pro gold 128gb with 8:03 confirmation. Just received the AppleCare registration for the gold one. Both showing as Friday delivery. Still no tracking available on ups when I search by phone# tho.

Order is still preparing for shipment, getting nervous I won’t get my iPhone in time.

but I just got an email for my AppleCare+ agreement for the new iPhone

No AC+ agreement for me yet. Is it showing that coverage starts today for you guys? Some from the US thread mentioned calling Apple about that since we aren't receiving the phones until Friday at the earliest

My agreement is showing the expiration date as Oct 18 2022, so it looks like I'm in the same boat as the posters you mentioned.

I just received the silicone case. Look really nice. But no sign of the tracking for the iPhone yet.
