I’m currently in Ireland on vacation and every store that sells Apple stuff here has run out of the Apple leather wallets too. I saw one yesterday but it was orange 🤢 I guess people snatched them up quick. Way more expensive here though 😣

Yours is on time, I believe. I have the same time for clearance without the delay.
My watch is in Mount Hope but the phone is still showing as being in Fort Erie and pending release from a non-UPS broker. Last update was at 4:46 am.
However, the watch also had the same message and time stamp but showed it being in Mount Hope at 4:04 am so maybe the phone is there too and just hasn’t been scanned.

Now the watch is showing as leaving Buffalo at 5:20am. I’m going to assume that UPS’s system is lagging a bit.
Well, that's weird. The scan at 4:35am said arrived at Concord, ON. Now it says the following:
On track to be delivered between 2PM - 6PM today.

Mine did the same. I think the scans are all delayed and probably lagging to some degree.

Ok, mine now say singing Monday 25th 
It reached Montreal Airport 5:39am and a 2nd scan release from non-UPS broker at 6:16am. There is almost no chance i get it today I’m in Sherbrooke, 1h30 down south Montreal and it still has to reach UPS warehouse in Sherbrooke and be put in a truck for delivery.

Mine ended up at Mirabel airport QC and is waiting for release from non-UPS broker so won’t get it either. Date on ups tracking changed to Monday between 1:15PM to 5:15PMOk, mine now say singing Monday 25th

The “non-UPS broker” message means it’s in Canada already. Probably just missed some scans.looks like I won’t be getting it friday
I think there’s some missed scans going on for sure. I’m in the inverse boat as you - both my watch and phone have made it to Mount Hope, but only the phone has shown departed while the watch seems to be still there. Both still show a delivery of today.
Mines now out for delivery at 6:10am. (UPS shows delivery 11am to 3pm.)
