Caudabe Veil short review

5-7 business days is what they quoted me. I got one from the new batch that had warpage on the top.
I ordered one a week back. It cost me $45 on amazon!
It was out of stock on the caudabe website and the seller for this one is Urban Inspirations. I hope it was worth the money.

Yet another person who probably got a knockoff. And a very, very expensive one at that.
If it comes in the Caudabe packaging etc would it still be possible to be a knockoff? I think the seller was selling them expensive because they are out of stock everywhere. Is there any way I can know its the original thing? It should arrive in a day or two.

I can't personally vouch for this since I don't have a Caudabe yet, but I've had the official Apple dock, and it's an extremely flush fit, you'd be better off buying the hiRise.
I ordered 2 off these off eBay last week when I found that Amazon was out of stock. The cases I got are extremely different from each other even though they came in identical boxes, both shipped directly by Caudabe.
One case had perfectly aligned cutouts while the other was significantly misaligned. Both cases have minor cosmetic imperfections. It is glaringly obvious to me that Caudabe slaps their logo on several different versions of this case. Interestingly their logo on the 2 cases was very different. One was smaller and more opaque, the other larger and translucent. The well aligned case is really nice overall, I would have liked both of mine to be like that.

I'm guessing you probably got one from the bad batch. I'm hoping my replacement one of the good ones.

It will fit a back skin but it will stretch the form of the case. Don't worry about the back of your iPhone because the case will not scratch it due to the material that Caudabe uses...so thin it's like a skin form to the iPhone. You'll know what I mean when you see receive it.
has anyone who contacted Caudabe about a replacement gotten theirs yet? they said they would mail me a replacement but haven't heard a peep yet.
I'm not sure about receiving because it only became available today at their website and Amaon. Maybe a shipment email notification if anything. Hope you'll get yours soon.

Was excited to get a chance to order this afternoon but got distracted with work related matters. Came back a few hours later to close the deal but the cart by then was updated to show empty.. sold out.
How long did it take for them to have it back in stock since it was last sold out? Amazon's listings seem to be of a counterfeit product..
Yeah, count me as another person who tried to get one. I saw this thread yesterday and was going to order another Veil, but put it off until today. Now they're showing out of stock again. I emailed them earlier and they said their entire inventory was sold out in one day. Sounds a little like an Apple product release. Not sure if it's ridiculous demand or short supply or both. Guess all we can do is wait.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure the Amazon listing by some other seller is a fake. One, it's way too cheap. Two, the seller has a Chinese sounding name which is fishy (not to be racist or anything). Three, it takes a month for delivery? Hilarious... I hate to admit it, but I've given my money unwittingly to counterfeiters. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice...
