Has anyone who preordered tried to cancel and been successful? I emailed them over the weekend but haven't heard back. There doesn't seem to be any website link or anything to cancel an order...

Did the exact same, sent them an email and not even a response yet.

I also emailed them and haven't heard back yet either, I imagine they're getting a high number of people that preordered trying to cancel

What Click are you waiting on Alli?

I've forgotten at this point, but I think it was 2 sets of space grey and a 3rd set in the alloy...which may now also be aluminum, and 3 bands. (Don't even ask me which bands or what colors.)

I don't think they're waiting for their pre-orders, they wanted to cancel! LOL

And I understand that!

I emailed them to cancel my pre-order (not a Kickstarter backer) as soon as the first reports came in. Just now got an email saying that they would cancel it, and fully refund me, and gave me a coupon code in case I changed my kind for a discount.

Don't worry, Brandon will look after you! :)

Received 3 sets of adapters yesterday and as reported, the color is not an exact match with the aluminum watch case however, that is only a minor issue compared with the fit. As you can see from these pictures, these are not even close to being flush with the watch face. They stick out so much that it looks ridiculous. I can't even believe after all of the time I waited that this is the quality of product that I received. These are not even usable they look so bad. I have emailed the team so I will let you know their response but I don't have high hopes of an acceptable resolution.

Not sure if it's the Click team, or they're getting screwed by the manufacturers. If you looked at the last Kickstarter updates where they posted photos, they weren't perfect but didn't seem as bad.

This absolutely falls squarely on the Click teams shoulders. No one forced them to ship an unusable product. It is their responsibility to hold their manufacturers accountable and to ensure the quality of the product before it ships.

Not sure if there's much you could do about it. As I understand it, no consumer protection applies. I'm surprised it took this long for them to get stuck at (and effectively ship) prototypes.

I did email them to cancel, and it took about 2 days but they did cancel and refund my order.

These guys had no business starting a kickstarter campaign or taking preorders in my opinion.

They do look awful. I was a very early backer of click, but baled when the rewards spiraled out of control. I have a strap and adapter from monowear and it's a pretty good fit - no complaints with it.

It looks to me that these are the larger size adapters fitted to a 38mm watch. Is that a possibility?

I feel sorry for the Click team - their guidance for the project has been poor and the whole thing has gotten out of hand.

I also finally got a reply that my pre-order has been cancelled. I'll just order another Wearlizer adapter set from Amazon.

Is the Wearlizer any good? I have a 42mm space grey sport adapter on order and now I am VERY worried about the ability of Click to control their manufacturer and deliver a quality product.

I wrote to cancel my order and I was very honest with them. I basically said they have had forever and the fact hey haven't even matched the color is just sad. That night had turned I right and then I point out a bunch of people here were basically very unhappy.

Clearly what happened here is they made s deal with a Chinese factory who then made a ton of them and screwed hem on the finish among other things. Now click has to lose any profit they made and start over again or flog sub par adapters they charged way too much money for.

And yes those are WAY too big.

The Wearlizer I received has a very good fit and feels solid. It seems to take a little more effort to slide into place, unlike the lugs on my Apple ML, which just glide into place. Once they're there, they're fine though. I don't have a closer or better pic of the Wearlizer adapters, but I used a set with a stainless steel band I yanked off a watch I had but never wore. I am very pleased with them, for $16 w/Prime shipping.

Thanks RabbitLuvr. Hugely helpful. If they make a space grey adaptor I will take a punt on it.

Is that a 24mm or 22mm band on the Wearlizer adapter?
