As the sun rises over the town of Phandalin, the shops begin to re-open for the day, children begin to run up and down the green, and the sounds of activity reach your ears as you awaken. You are in a bed -- a bed! -- a luxury that has almost become but a faint memory.
You reluctantly rise and get dressed -- there is business to do, and the day is not getting any longer.
As you emerge into the empty common room, the innkeeper greets you with a beam. "Sir Hallwinter has already departed. Going to talk to the townmaster at the hall, he said. Shall I have the pull cart ready?"
>>> @Don't panic @twietee @Scepticalscribe @Plutonius @Moyank24 what do you do?
I am with Ser Bartholomeus, in suggesting something to break the fast of the night.
> yes, indeed.
Meanwhile, i would greatly appreciate a cup of strong tea. And biscuits, of course.
Tea, yes. A good idea. What other warm beverages are available?
"Father --" Pip's voice came from outside.
"Ah! Coming!"
The innkeeper rushes out of the common room.
A moment later, a panting Toblen rushes back into the common room. "Your pull cart is now right outside of the door. Ah! We unfortunately do not have any biscuits, but a tea is coming up! That will be two copper pieces. Trilena! Make some tea for our guests!"
Ah, good Master Toblen, yes, I understand that there are no biscuits. What about fresh bread, perhaps eggs - I assume that somebody here may have hens -instead?
Aside to Ser Bartholomeus - @Don't panic: Perhaps we might take counsel, and make some brief plans together, as to what we might do together, before some of us undertake errands that may of a more personal, and perhaps compelling nature?
