well done to all u guys in the usa and canada who have finally got a shipping notice! i just checked by bank card, gone down $3500+, never been so happy in my life to see that much money go out of my account!!

Hey Tim, I wouldn't hold your breath for today. I ordered on the UK site at 2:17pm on the 24th. My delay email said the 13th but the shipping date online is the 14th. When I called Apple this morning they said it wouldn't go today but tomorrow.

Not sure why shipments to the UK would be any different but hey-ho... just to know for sure Apple are shipping them out is good enough to keep me going till tomorrow!

just phoned Apple and get the same thing.

Ordered mine on the 24th, to be honest i think Apple have forgotten all about me. My status on my account page on the apple website still says " estimated shipping date 7th of November, Delivery by 21st of November"
What a joke.

Yep we've been screwed over in Ireland too. Last conversation i had with Apple i was told it would ship today and at the absolute latest tomorrow.

Rang Apple a few minutes ago and was told " Estimated that this order will ship before the middle of next week" , Nice one Apple wont forget this in a hurry.

Just a quick note would really appreciate it if anybody in either Ireland or the Uk could post when their shipping notification when they get it, have a better case if i know that there are some shipping to Europe.

I'm not sure how the weight gets entered into the Fedex system (clearly not handwritten on a waybill given the volume of shipping, but I wonder if it is totally automatic or not), but it is odd that our two weights are the same digits, just reversed: 4.5 vs 5.4.

I smell a data entry transposition error.

The europeans and the aussies were a lot more forth coming with their shipping data. I've only found a few US shippments reported on the

For the two Canadian shipments I've seen tracked (CD / C2D) recently, it took about 30-50 hours in total to arrive where I am. i.e. Toronto.

Still.. how's about.. I hope for 24 hours haha
