iPad Pro Do you guys feel we will also see the iPad Pro's on Sept-12 ?

That was a low-light of last years keynote..........too much time dedicated to animoji...

I can wait a month for new iPads, but if they're announced tomorrow...bonus.
 
They won't announce it today/tomorrow. I don't see new iPads being released until November 9th or 2nd... or 2019.

Why those dates in particular?
 
There’s no watches listed as far as I can see in the two sitemap files. Still holding out hope for the iPad today.

Most tech/news sites all pointing to a release today. Fingers crossed.

The watches are there. 3 sizes now - 40mm, 42mm, 44mm.
 
I'm ok with them not launching today. I can spend between now and then setting up and using my new iPhone and Apple Watch, and then by the time I'm used to those, I'll order my new iPad Pro.

Why ? Apple has already gone over the features of iOS 12 so I don't think we are in for any more Animoji preview today ? Are we ?
 
I am certainly no expert and I'm sure the insider guru's are correct that the new iPad will not be released today - BUT - Best Buy online shows the earliest availability for ANY model to be September 20. Certainly leads me to believe a new one may be announced today.

The same can be said for the 2018 macbook pro..delivery date september 20th, even in stores you cant pick them up til september 21st
 
Wish=announced today
Gut=no announcement today
Feeling=if no announcement today, it will be announced at an October event.
 
October Event is stupid. Wish they would just announce everything in one effort. Was looking forward to the new Pro but I can't even deny that I'm not as enthusiastic about it anymore.
 
Well that’s confirmed - no iPP today. I’m really hoping for an October event...
 
There is definitely a Xs Max and a cellular series 4 in my future. I'm going to have a good time with those while I wait for my new iPad Pro.
 
If the new iPad Pro is suppose to be a redesign, then its already going to be in high demand. I feel like announcing it today would've help better forecast demand and allocations coming into Q4 but I forget Apple likes to generate stupid *** hype and "supply constraints" during the holiday season.

Pointless, wasted two hours talking about a slightly better iPhone X and what the Apple Watch should've been. You're telling me they couldn't taken 15 minutes off both Xs & Xs Max to talk about a new iPad? Idk what they're corporate strategy is but throw us a bone for goodness sake. Nobody gives a sh*t if you announce it today or next month. If people want it, they want it. Its been since Q2 2017 since the last Pro had an update. /rant

Why would Apple talk about iPad when iPhone represents 2/3 of their revenue? Wearables are taking off like a rocket.

It's not about wasting time during the keynote. Apple didn't want the media to dilute their focus. Communications 101.
