From my experience the iPhone's camera isn't all that hot either... If you're looking for a phone with a good camera, look at the Sony Cybershot range.

you want 4gb of ram for your macbook pro? no problem, that will be $700. WHAT?!?!
There's a reason why nobody buys RAM upgrades from Apple. 4GiBs will set you back $129.99 at http://www.crucial.com.

Don't you hate it when you get questions if you actually need your computers?

We run a small Video/Image Editing/Consultant/Repair/Web Design company in my small town and there are usually three of us which between us we have:

2 MBPs
3 iMacs
1 G5 +studio display
iBook
Powerbook
and my Blackbook coming soon

Can you PM me your online portfolio? I want to see what kind of quality your clients usually look for for you to have that kind of workspace.. i've been working on a 4 year-old laptop for a while now..

I'd like a copy of that PM. Although I do want to stress that I don't think you need to explain yourself. I'm just interested.

Your PMs have been sent. And I understand why you would be curious. :p

Wow, your drawers and corner desk are very nice, and your iMac looks great as well. ;) If you don't mind me asking, where'd you get the desk and drawers from?

Thanks! I actually have no idea where my desk and drawers are from... I'm pretty sure its something custom my parents had put in when I was born. :)

Pfffft you should see the 16 year old with the Mac Pro and 30" Apple Monitor.

You know what? I don't want to hear you people whining. *glares at his TiBook* which, by the way, has a speed measured in MEGAHERTZ. Remember those?

I'm just curious, but what does a 14 year old need with a macbook pro and an iPhone?

I use an iPhone to call people, surf the web,and check my stock in SanDisk and Apple(one share each). I use my MacBook Pro to edit the movies,Surf the web,and develop applications and widgets. I also enjoy listening to music on both.
Hope that answered your question.

You can never have too much ram.

True, however, for what I expect they'll use it for, i.e. day to day casual use (given the fact its currently got 512mb, I'm fairly certain their not doing resource heavy stuff), 4GB would be overkill. 2GB (or even 1GB) would be fine. For example, my Macbook has 1GB and it runs fine.
