If your talking about the Ultrasharp, I wouldn't count on it. They have deals sometimes and get down to low 500's.
Check out ebay though...

You are probably right. They had it at $499 for a brief period last week so I got my hopes up LOL. I may end up having to bite the bullet and pay the $500-ish :(

Ya, don't take my word for gold, but I never saw anything below $500, that's why I was excited about that MS Cashback. That went away though and I got tired of waiting. It's only money right.:p

I haven't heard anything about the 2408 being replaced, but if they're coming out with a new model you might get a good deal.

you SERIOUSLY need to think about taking the "made for windows vista" stickers off your AOC monitor :p because clearly it wasnt made for vista :p

I have an AOC display (as a second display) and the sticker (on mine) says "Certified for Windows Vista" which it certainly is. Doesn't say it won't work with any OS. That said, I'm surprised he hasn't already pulled it off. While I use both Mac and Vista (and love both!) it seems some Mac users are pretty picky about things like that. :D ;)

Here is my current setup at home.

Just redid my room with a brand new desk! Sadly though, some of my other computer stuff is at college right now.

Let me know what you think.

NO! Avoid teh V6 at ALL costs! ITs too heavy, bad on fuel efficiency and if you really want performance you can bump up that small 2.0TDI Inline-4 to est 300BHP! the V6 without turbo/superchargers just cannot compete.

people get presents now for having a few days off from school?

I was thinking the SAME thing! Its some kind of new wave parenting or something! I think he should just spend quality time with his dad ... because 1 day he won't be around and all this material things won't matter much when it does happen (other than sentimental value).

Yeah, quite odd from any point of view.

My Desktop

Here is my desktop... of course the my Powershot SD750 wasn't not able to be in the picture since its what I used to take the picture.

I got a :apple: Macbook Pro 2.2 GHz and I recently upgrade to 4GB of ram, 8GB iPod Touch, 120GB external HD (which I use every Friday to back up my computer.), Logitch Mouse (which I got today to replace my half broken Rocket Fish), the Apple Remote, Zelda Poster and a half dead plant.
