Hey thanks, appreciate you the positive affirmation. I got this watch a few months ago because I wasn’t exercising at all and I’ve closed all my rings every day since I got it, which has been a huge shift for me and I feel great. Doubling that so soon feels a little out of reach for me, but maybe that’s just the push I need to get myself to that next level. Only one way to find out!
Good for you! Closing those rings (and going beyond) sure makes a difference in fitness after a while. Keep in mind you can use "other." I choose that when pulling snow off my roof or snowblowing my driveway. My HR is higher doing that work than taking a brisk walk and my AW5 counts it as exercise. Which it is.

As to my February challenge, not going to happen. If I lived in Cupertino, CA, walking 130 miles this month wouldn't be a problem. I live above the 45th parallel in the country where the roads are snowy and icy, and today's high temperature was 9F.

Yeah, this is a tough month if you need outdoor exercise to meet the Exercise ring. I am trying to get the "all three rings in a day" for 7 days straight for the Unity challenge this week (I started last Thursday) and running outdoors is my only option for now tp get the exercise ring minutes.

Because as cold as it is (15 to 25 degrees F) right now, I don't want to depend on it getting any warmer for the rest of the month. Just need to get 30 minutes of exercise tomorrow...

Thanks for the tip. Now I can use "other" for vacuuming the entire house, sanitizing all surfaces, and cleaning all windows. Thank goodness heavy housework does count for something.

Woah, totally forgot to post mine:

I need 18 work-outs for at least 15 minutes.
Last month, I had to burn 17900 calories. That was a tough one, barely made that one.

More power to you! Hope you don't have our weather.....another storm on the way (East Coast US).
I’m also towards the East Coast. It’s been freezing and snowy here lately but I have access to a gym so it’s all good.

My February challenge is an annoying 24,800 calories which is about 885 per day. Quite annoying as this is a short month AND I live in Upstate NY.

I walk an hour EVERY morning. NO exceptions. Sadly that barely burns 300 calories plus it's been quite cold here.

Similar to mine. I can only hit it due to my cross trainer session every morning. Nearly closed my move ring already. That leaves me the rest of the day to double it.
