Are you guys really arguing over 3 seconds difference in performing more tasks than many people do on their phone's in a day?
Come on for goodness sake, this is irrelevant. You buy the phone you like using the most and the one that provides the better user experience. By the looks of things they are both very good phone's. You are not going to worry about 3 seconds because you are not going to be comparing them side by side. This is as silly as the screen debate. They are both very good, pat yourselves on the back and exit stage left!
To answer the OP's question I would say both phones are good options. Do you prefer Android or iOS? Only you can decide that and you will have a pretty comprehensive answer.
