Im loving the battery life on my note 4, with light usage im getting close to 4 days off the plug! With heavy usage im getting 7 hours+ screen on time.

Impressive. I'm not sure that I'm capable of "Light usage" but I am getting 4-5 hours max on-screen time so far. Basically on my most intense days I charge every night at midnight with about 20-30% left. On the lighter days, I can charge at on the end of the second night.

On a heavy day, I get 5-6 hrs screen time on 14hrs before I have to charge. Light day, I can go 24 hrs with about 4 hrs screen time or more.

By light usage i mean around 2-3 hours SOT and 3-4 days off the plug. For example my phone just hit 10% battery and ive got 3 days and 2 hours off the plug with 3 hours SOT. 5 Hours SOT is ok for heavy usage, especially if you are playing games ect.

Well, going for replacement number 6 lol. Sending it back to Tmobile, who will send me out a new one. This last one, the 5th was the worst out of the bunch, really bad. I'm hoping the 6th time is the charm. I know it took 3 Note 3's until I got a perfect one.

WTH is wrong with all these phones that you are getting?

I bought a Note 4 last week that is perfect. Yesterday, I got a Note Edge delivered that is also perfect.

I'm just having a streak of bad luck! I'm hopeful this next one will be perfect.

You are the unluckiest person alive lol.

It happens, I had to exchange my Macbook Air twice before I got a perfect one. Though at 6, that's a rough streak.

I'm surprised T-mobile keeps sending you replacements. Have you tried picking one up in a T-Mobile store instead?

I tried two Note 4s and both had loose volume rockers.
As my iPhone 5 had loose buttons, no way was I accepting that again. Hence my going with the 6+ despite my (sadly proven) RAM reservations. My first 6+ was fine, no returns.
Poor build quality happens fairly frequently, these things are mass produced.

I've owned every iPhone except the 6 and 6+, (some iPhones I have owned up to three of each) and two iPads, Nexus 4, Nexus 7 and now a Note 4 and a Note Edge.

Out of all of those, I have only had to return an original iPhone once because the screen had a bright strip going down the center.

I can't be that that lucky to have had all these perfect devices.

Well I must be lucky too as I've had very little amount of devices to return or later repair over the years. However that doesn't mean that someone else can't be just as unlucky as we have been grand out.

I can't seem to get a good one. Went through 5 of them, yes that's FIVE. Every one had a hardware issue, what a piece of crap in terms of QC. I absolutely love the phone, best phone I've ever used in my life, but the issues are really going to force me to sell it. I'm not a big fan of the iphone 6 plus so I have no idea what phone I would get.

I never used any of Note ones, but used used the Galaxy S, lates one 5. The screen would not wake up frequently (even though the menu buttons would glow, opening the camera was so fast, freezing problems etc. Only kept it for 5 months and sold it. Never been lucky with any of Samsung phones.

Yeah I get that screen not coming on fairly often as well. I'm one replacement away from just saying FU Samsung.

So nearly two weeks on my Note 4 and I still think this is the best phone I have ever owned. The battery life is also outstanding.

I also bought a Note Edge on Saturday and this too is amazing. The battery life was so so the first few days but the last two days have given me the same usage and standby as my Note 4, just took a few days to get there.

I might also one day just buy the sim free version of the 6+ just to have.

Bought edge too? Ha damn

I'd be more tempted back to the 6+ and future iPhones if it wasn't so unwieldy. I one-hand the Note 4 most of the time but when I tried a friend's 6+ it was too wide and tall. Serious amount of empty space going on. Same with the 6: it feels like it should have a 5 inch display.

Ive really needs to double-down on those bezels and head/chin instead of slimming the depth any more.

Regardless, it doesn't matter what I think. Except Samsung should send me a Lollipop update... HK or CN ROM are both good.
