i'm mostly always home, i still bought a case, and rightfully so... when i was in the car my phone was on my lap without a case and it fell down the chair because of how slippery it was. dat glass :(

no scratches though so its fine

Really like the feel of the S6 Edge in hand. I don't get the discomfort reviewers said at all. The phone feels deceptively smaller than it is too, but then that could be after using my Nexus 6 everything else feels tiny.

Really like the Samsung keyboard on it too. I'm back to using Touchwiz today because I wanted to try the themes. They're all a bit lame at the moment. Hopefully someone will release a really cool theme at some point.

I am loving the phone so far. It does feel nice in the hand. The edges do not bother me at all as well. I do wonder about the screen on and off button on the right hand side. It seems a little low? It be up about an inch. But now I'm nit picking.
The phone is so much better in my gym shorts too! A lot less bulky than my N4 or 6+.

I got the sapphire black - which definitely looks navy blue in sunlight

Jamezr got the shimmery white :)



re: tapatalk - I actually think my reloading issue is a problem with the app itself rather than the phone. It above all else is the thing that's reloading - but strangely its not refreshing completely anew either - it goes back a tabbed page rather than starts app completely afresh. I think I may try setting it up using an older version and see if that improves it

Ah okay, I only got the 32 gb. Didn't feel like spending $900 for a phone lol. I need a case too. I am thinking about a Spigen case or just going to Best Buy or T-Mobile to purchase a case and protector with a discount on them.

So when Emerald Green comes out, you'll resell your Black one? I don't think I would've had the patience for a Blue or Green one now that I sold my Note 4.

I added a line on my VZW account and paid $400 upfront or the 64GB. Now i can break my contract with them and pay $350 so the phone was $750

Smart move lol. I wonder if Verizon will implement fail safes to avoid losing $ on the phones. Does it affect your credit though? What cases and protectors are you looking at right now too?

There is no credit involved. I sign up a new line with a 2 year contract with a $350 early termination fee. So they require certain amount upfront depending on the phone. For the 64Gb edge it was $399....so i keep service for a few weeks then cancel the line and pay the ETF.

That is until you see the emerald green edge somewhere. Then you won't be able to resist getting that color! :)

Cancelled mine there. When you read the small prints then you'll see they just rely on samsung.de and there the date slipped, shipping from samsung now April 30, so you'll get it May.

I suddenly fell in love with the golden one so cancelled green. Get my case before the phone lol.

For just when I am out and about ... Nice and cheap but great reviews

Holy crap! My roommate just got the black edge and it's insane! The only reason I'm not insanely jealous is because I just got a Nexus 6 yesterday ha.

The beauty of android. You can customize all day long. My GS6 Edge home screen. Took off TW, or at least hid it lol. Still working on getting it just right tho. Love this phone
