What is considered the prettiest part of you country? Do you have any other pics from any camera from other beautiful places in Europe?

The county i live in Kerry, especially the area of Dingle, Killarney, Kenmare and the Ring of Kerry is considered very beautiful and a draw for tourists. Indeed tourism is one of the counties biggest employers. We also have the likes of the blasket islands where the of film Ryans Daughter was filmed

and more recently we had Star wars Ep.7 filming scenes with Mark Hamil on Skellig Michael, a island outcrop once a monastic settlement accessible only by boat. It will be the jedi retreat in the next film.

Below us we have Cork City & Co.Cork with again some stunning areas of natural beauty alongside the likes of Blarney Castle where kissing the stone will grant you the gift of the gab.

County up from Kerry across the Shannon river is Co.Clare with the famous Burren.

A stunning area and north of that; the Cliffs of Moher.

Above that Galway, a stunning County with the historic city as centre leading off to the beautiful area on the west called Conemara with stunning unspoilt mountains, lakes and outcrops. This is an area where i personally like to retreat to for a quick Irish getaway.

That's just the counties flanking the Wild Atlantic Way on the west.

Sadly a lot of tourists never get outside Dublin in the far east. But the west of Ireland is seen as the area to getaway to for ourselves.

Do any of you guys know if you have to have an active non AT&T sim card in order to unlock your device? I have received my unlock code from AT&T and wanted to know if it could be a blank non AT&T sim without service or did it have to have service on it. Thanks.

When i have unlocked phones in the past i always put in a sim that had service. Then when it prompted for an unlock code i just entered what was given to me. This has worked well for me in the past.

Absolutely gorgeous
It's amazing how many people who live here never get out and see the beauty on their doorstep. I guess you don't appreciate it until it's no longer there. Definitely for the outdoorsy person or artistic person - Ireland's West is definitely a place to visit.

I find it sad that people would prefer to stick to the cities for the tourist stuff when you have all that availble

Ended up getting these:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00UFOVKZ0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

And this: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00UE9O0WQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

For my Bluetooth earphones and wireless charging needs. The bluetooth earphones are great so far, as is the wireless charger. I just got one for now, and I'm using it in my office. Very handy. I like the design of the charger too because it allows me to see my notifications, etc.

BTW, I use this app to have my screen light up (like an iPHone) whenever I get a notification: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lukekorth.screennotifications&hl=en

So I can see my notification, respond if I want to, AND it's still charging. If I need to respond to with something longer or whatever that needs my attention even more, I can easily pick up my device to do so, then put it back down and it resumes charging.

Wireless charing rocks so far. It's just making such great use of idle time. I will likely pick up another one for my nightstand at home. The iPhone needs to really catch up on this front.

How are you guys fairing with battery life with the S6/S6E? I am getting comfortable and starting to realize that's its no 6+ and I'm not expecting it to be but I think I can pull around 4.5/5 hrs of SOT if I use it regularly and not beasting out on it. I still haven't put it down since I had it seems like.

That has been my experience as well. It is not a phablet and does not have battery life of say the 6+ or N4. But i am consistently getting 4 to 5 hours SOT which is perfect for me. The trade off is having a smaller phone that fits better in the hand for one handed use. Then the beast is blazing fast too! :)

I'm honestly only getting 2-3 SOT over a full day. It hasn't got better but worse. No apps are killing it so can only put it down to the device not liking the cell reception in my area.

Some days if I've made a lot of calls (1hr call time) I may only get 1hr30mins SOT and be down to 20% when it goes on charge.

There isn't any way for me to improve cell reception and none of my other devices including Samsung ones don't have this issue, so I hope Samsung can update their modem firmware and sort it, because I'm seriously disappointed that my Alpha is far superior battery wise at this stage...

O wow are you are international correct? Yeah that sucks big time that you are only getting that for SOT. I did a factory reset on my device last night to see if it will help the battery any just because. I think I can live with the device getting the SOT that I get.

I work a desk job so im sitting down all day and then I go straight home so as long as I don't have to plug it in at work I am good to go and I know it will last me a lot longer when I actually just put the device down and quit messing and playing with it all the time. Im not expecting it to get my all through the day and night. Once I get home I do not mind charging at that point.

Yeah I actually thought that it would take me a long time to adjust to the size coming from the 6+ but now its like I have always used a device of this size and adjusted pretty quickly.

I am able to pretty much enjoy the battery life and also who is to say that its not still getting better since its only been through about 3 charge cycles and I did a factory reset last night so it may still have to settle in from that. Either way it's not a deal breaker to me to get rid of the device because everything else about it is spot on.

Hopefully Samsung will push out an update soon regarding the RAM issues but for the most part that doesn't bother me that much either.

Just for kicks I did a factory reset. I have minimal apps on my device right now and I'm having a decent day. 6h 35 min on my device with 60% battery left. 2hrs 18 mins of SOT so far...

I find it funny that these reports are directly a response to my thread on S6 Edge and a fellow XDA's members thread is the S6 forums.

The response they are quoting isn't official and was just a tweet response to a question someone asked on Twitter. If you look beneath that tweet you will find that its actually a standard reply that samsung feed replies to anyone having issues on any Samsung device. Notice the reply doesn't actually mention ram management.

So in the past week our two threads have made something like 20 + main news items and this one fairly generic response tweet is now making more.

I have totally lost faith in the news blog media when they do not corroborate information, and when they present uncorroborated info as fact. The actual journalistic standard is very poor.

This doesn't mean Samsung won't fix issues were having but until myself and fellow XDA member created our threads no one was even talking about aggressive ram management issue and now some news blogs have recycled our threads, suddenly its a recognised issue.

Its all very tenuous, and whilst I do have a ram issue I certainly don't assume everyone has one and yet somehow my issue and other members issue suddenly now speaks for everyone ...... There's about 20 of us on XDA with issue on those threads, and shouldn't be taken as indicative of the million or two S6 & Edge owners.

Just like how one standard generic tweet shouldn't presume they are actually addressing our issue specifically either.

The tech media is nothing but lazy SOB's to be blunt.

Oh wow. Wasn't aware.

I guess the silver lining is that when blogs posts these things it generates attention hopefully. And that'll spur Samsung to look into the issue.

Hopefully...

I just discovered today after downloading new camera modes for the s6 that you can reorganize your camera mode list!

Just long press.

Once again, customizability leading to better functionality (I've long argued that customization is not always just about aesthetics!). Now my most favorite or most used camera modes are closer to the top and all my modes generally are better organized to my liking.

Thought I'd share my discovery.
