So far today, through my typical usage I'm on pace for a 6hr sot. While I agree with others that this isn't a battery champ the likes of my iPhone 6+, it's also a much smaller device, and I think its solid for what it is.

Not just a smaller device, but a smaller device pushing A LOT more technology and software.

If I hear one more thing about this S6 having two different sensor manufactures!!!! Its funny how people are second guessing their pictures now when before all of this even came out it was taking the best pictures out. Now everyone is down talking the Isocell sensor..smh. I have it and it takes beautiful pictures to me so that's all that matters. People are being so anal about it and its tiring to even see and come across my news feed.

I thought it was declared they're both negligible?

I happen to have a Sony sensor, which people say is the better of the two.

MRU, is this update available to you? Said to fix the RAM management issue. Apparently also fixes the keyboard lag..

Yeah I mean they are saying that the Sony sensor is better than the Iso but both are great sensors and take great pics.

We might have root for the Verizon Galaxy S6!
It is still in the beta stage with hit or miss results but some have gained root!

Yeah I see that. That's nice work. I hate having AT&T. I will not hold my breath on a root for our S6.

wow, very surprising! I remember reading back when chainfire first released supersu with lolipop compatibility, unlocked bootloader was required for whatever reason. Guess that seems to have been worked around. Root on verizon should be cherished!

Yeah I am so interested to see how it all evolves. Right now the results are very mixed. But it is a step in the right direction.

do we know if that international S6 works on ATT/Tmobile in the us?

edit:

apparantly SM-G920I has all necessary ATT Bands according to:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s6/help/att-variant-international-t3093315

which points to supporting article (which seems like a sweet website)
http://pdadb.net/index.php?m=specs&id=7846&c=samsung_sm-g920i_galaxy_s6_lte-a_samsung_zero_f

and can be purchased in the USA with apparent warranty support from
http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Samsung...6MP-FACTORY-UNLOCKED-32GB-Phone-/281654174648

don't know if I'll bite, but if I do itll be that model

Yeah I see that some have reported the update. There is no telling when the US carriers would see the update. I am anxious to see some more reviews on the update if reports are that the device seems "snappier".

I almost don't see how my S6 could get any snappier. If it gets any faster it will have to read my mind to get stuff done quicker! :)

I could.

There's still the occasional stutter/hang up. Plus, addressing the RAM refreshing issue that MRU is plagued with would be nice too.

No update yet on mine, just have to wait for it. Why they can't just push it out to all regions and be done with it. Aghh. :)

4.5 - 5.5 hrs of real SOT is where I am at most days, and that's even with my Gear Fit with me.

That's pretty damn close to my Note 4 which was getting 5.5 - 6.5 hours of screen time, but quick charging and wireless charging are an equalizer. Plug in for 15 minutes, and you've got another 2-3 hours of usage.

----------

Yeah. I wonder when the US will get it.

Good question. Will be awhile. Problem another month.

So my EU non branded/unlocked S6 Edge has been updated to 5.0.2 this evening. Apart from an Emergency Mode when I pressed hold the power button, I can't tell the differences.

Closing all apps still shows 67% memory usage.
