What a rollercoaster of emotions! I didn't want Jaime or Bronn to die, but I wanted Daenerys to win! Speaking of her, Jonaerys is sooo happening I'm sure of it, what's with Jon and caves anyway? Also, Stannis the Mannis lives through Davos when he said "fewer" lol and Arya vs Brienne was amazing!

I think it was Dickon who saved Jaime though.

And can we have some Sansa boobs soon?

I was almost on the edge on my seat from when Bronn went for the crossbow all the way to the end, basically hoping that no one would die because they're all characters I want to keep seeing

Lots of people are having issues with the last 2 seasons, but I am just loving the pace ever since they overtook the books. It's good TV and it's good fantasy (although I wish there was a bit more magic, but not if it meant less dragon effects :D)

Saddest bit was when Bronn's gold spilled, I though "He's so dead" :(

Jon should have strangled him to death, or drowned him in the surf.
[doublepost=1502104684][/doublepost]I was also hoping Dragon Queen got speared last night (first by Jon, then by Jaime)

:D:D You and me both!

I was actually bummed at the last scene. I wanted to see Jaime torched by the dragon. Like the fact Bronn lived, but man I so wanted to see him fried crispy!

I actually like Jaime. But I'd be happy to see him fried. I really like how the show offs it's beloved characters.

That is what I like! He pulled a brave move by going after her, and well I thought he should have paid for his actions! The series copped out in my opinion. He lives and we will see him again in a few episodes.:mad:

Wanted to see him turned to ash and then blown away by the dragon as he takes off!

I just watched a quick vid on YouTube about the dagger Littlefinger gave to Bran, which is now in the hands of Arya. It's the same dagger that Sam sees a pic of in a Citadel book in Episode 7e01. Have to wonder if it's a lot more significant than we've previously thought. Has it ever been hinted at that the dagger is warm?

Bran should stop being so cryptic and just tell us what he knows. Also, what did 'Chaos is a ladder' mean?

Yeah I would have loved to see Jon spear Dany the other night if you catch my drift...

I'd really like to see Jaime resolve his sister issues and finally do what's right. He can join his half-brother and become a kin-slayer as well as a queen-slayer.

Wait for Season 8. Really hoping that Jaime is the one to kill Cersei -- would have a bittersweet symmetry to that of Jaime killing the Mad King.

There is a rumor that he is a Targaryen heir. :)

I thought it was beyond rumor. We know that Bran saw the past where Neds sister gave the Mad Kings bastard (her son) to Ned to care for. aren't we past the rumor phase?
Only Bran at this point knows what Neds sister said. It heavily points at Jon Snow being her son, but the audience has had no confirmation of it yet.

And it's not the mad kings bastard. The mad king was Aerys II. His son, Rhaegar, was Lyannas lover

It hasn't been clear to me that Rhaegar and Lyanna were lovers (and perhaps secretly married), or that Rhaegar abducted her against her will. Any confirmation of either?

Either way, we have the Starks and Targaryans related by blood, the possibility that Jon is a legitimate heir of both families. So whether Jon bends his knee to his aunt may be meaningless in the long run.

If Bran's vision is true then Bran is heir to House Stark, followed by Sansa then Arya. Jon is only fourth in line even if legitimised. However, if legitimised he does become heir to House Targaryen. He could marry his aunt to cement the claim, although she can't have children so it would mean the end of the House. Better if it does all come out that she names him her heir.

And of course if it comes out he won't be King in the North for long. Bran says he doesn't want to rule, so Sansa is next in line. I'm certain she's going to spill the beans in a really horrible way the moment she finds out. Arya and Jon were very close growing up, so to do this she's also going to have to remove Arya from the game, or at least try to.

I can see Sansa joining The List.

Robert started the rebellion (and Ned followed) on the assumption that she was taken against her will. But on the show so far I believe it's just rumors so far that she may have been willing, there's been no confirmation of anything.

I don't know about Sansa being added to The List, blood being thicker than ink, but I do have the feeling Sansa will not meet a happy end. Something about too many lessons learned from Cersei, the close ties to Littlefinger, etc. We have the contrast of both Dany and Jon motivated by the good of the people, while Sansa seems more of a traditional feudal ruler, someone who might age into an Olenna Tyrell, given the chance. Whatever Sansa's fatal flaw, I don't think it'll be a conscious betrayal of House Stark or her siblings - the Starks, of all noble families, have been "raised right." While the series is in need of the occasional shocking betrayal, I think the Stark's reputation needs to survive intact.

I also don't see Bran spilling the beans until the series' end, a revelation that cements the legitimacy of the new realm, solving the problem of succession. It's not likely the Three-Eyed Raven would confide in either Sansa or Littlefinger.

Not that predictions matter much, but I figure Bran moves back north of the Wall when the series has its happy ending, to continue the Raven's work. Sansa, as already hypothesized, will be out of the picture entirely. Arya completes her List, saving the Worst for last and perhaps rescuing the population of King's Landing from a fiery end in the process, but she falls in the act - she's not made for a world at peace. That leaves Jon, who is more beloved in the North than any other living Stark, Resurrected by the Lord of Light, Heir to House Targaryen, Cousin of Dragons...

I recall something in one of the books about the dagger, but I'm fuzzy now exactly what it was. It's been a few years. It's Valerian steel, and there are only a few remaining. The books gave the history of each Valerian sword and dagger.

Fast moving pace again ... I like it. Previews are going to make it hard waiting another week to see who makes back into the wall safely and with a walker . Littlefinger is playing with danger against Arya. I really was surprised with the confrontation between Sensa and Arya. Not the loving sister bonds they once had.
