I've used it and the features seem unstable, like they only work half the time. I hope its resolved with a near OS update.

That is just it. It will actually be a stock android device that we know has a great camera, screen, and LTE. IMO that is worth $650. I usually buy my phones out right anyways
Yeah...I am with you.....I might have to sell my S4 when this comes out and pick one of these up...the pure Android plus updates....LTE great hardware......got goose bumps! :)

edit: it better come in more than just white =/

No the white is sexy lol, but I bet they have both

I wonder what features would be considered bloatware and touchwiz? Will all of the camera features go away?

For example, block mode is a good feature samsung adds. I wonder if that stays or goes?

People here in the states have been looking for this for years.

Yes and no. Am I interested? Definitely (tho at $650 and for a secondary phone I'll have to think hard). But if you look at the trend, it's unlikely that pure Android is really a top selling point in a macro sense. Availability and marketing will widely influence the success of smartphones. Don't forget the $15 or so on shipping =D

Don't forget to see the potential bigger picture: If this does well, imagine if every year Android OEMs develop a "Google Version" of their annual flagships.

: salivating :

Freedom of choice is a beautiful beautiful thing. Now, if people want a great camera, expandable storage (something you would NEVER get with a Nexus device), removable battery, a physical home button, LTE, but still want stock Android and Google updates, you can!

Again, immediate updates and fragmentation are becoming less and less of talking points against Android.
