Is there any way to move the Google search bar and recent apps row to a second home screen to clear some clutter? Like this option on the Fold 4 with One UI, hoping there's a way. Not a deal breaker by any means, I'm loving this thing the more I use it!

Now I noticed when I go to Library on YouTube, it doesn't show the YouTube history on top, you have to manually hit History. On my pixel 6, it's always showing on the top

It's almost like this phone is missing a Pixel fold specific update. It's literally not doing things it's being advertised to do like Live/Feather wallpaper that moves, no video controls in videos, and weird app quirks that make it seem it's all an update or two behind

A couple of things are annoying me more than expected lol. This is missing a software update
I did read somewhere that some features wouldn't be available till Android 14. Not sure which ones. I haven't really got to play around with my device much due to work. Plan on diving in more this weekend when I get to the beach house. I'm sure I'll find a few annoyances, but I'm pretty sure this device is a keeper nonetheless.

Decided to cut out of work and clean the boat up before we head out of town. Wish I had my other phones with me to compare pics but I'm really liking this camera. It gets some decent natural bokeh even with the smaller sensor

Reports on battery life after couple of days would be greatly appreciated.
I started my day at 5am today and now I'm at 44% with almost 3 hours screen time I did use the inside screen quite a bit more today and it was hot as the devil's balls today to so I'm sure that has had a major impact on my battery. My phone got hella toasty.

One thing that's annoying me though is I finally got my iCloud into my phone but everytime I deleted the emails they come back. Any body experience this?

Thanks. Good standby time. But I might have 3 hours SoT by 2 pm most days. Maybe the first step is admitting you have a problem. Lol.

Not sure if this has been mentioned but the speakers are like twice as loud. I always hated that on the fold series, but these are fantastic so far. I know it might depend on the app/video etc. but damn, very impressed there. Lovijg this thing more and more.

Side note, I feel like I type better on this too lol.

Haha I'd usually be the same way but I had to really focus at work today, did an inventory observation

I'm finding that a little bit of 5g, of Maps/gps usage, and unfolded screen usage, gets it pretty hot and kills my battery. I woke up at 8am today, it's 10:53am, I'm down to 63%. I wonder if I should go LTE to save battery

Anyhow, not great

Ughh not great ...maybe try the LTE for a bit ...I would also recommend charging up fully and rebooting the phone to start the charge cycle again

I turned my phone off when I went to bed, so when I woke up I turned it on. That should count as a reboot

It was an interesting morning, had to take my 2 year old for her first haircut, first time going there and back so I used my gps, once there I also used my unfolded screen to distract her while watching Kiki's delivery service, so she would let the lady cut her hair lol. I also took pics of her new haircut. Another thing I tried was that I put on my pixel watch that I got for free with this phone, so that was also connected via Bluetooth, unsure if that uses battery. So yeah, real life happened, real use of the unfolded screen, gps, pics, watch, and yeah I had 5g on (it was the default choice), and 2-3 hours in, almost half battery. Not saying every day will look like this, but still. Kinda concerned. Hoping 1 week in adaptive battery helps, and yeah, maybe I should keep LTE. I'll probably keep location off too till I need it. Not a fan of taking all these steps to keep battery in check

Ps: just got home and it's 54%
