There is really no glare at all on my screen, I think they have improve the anti-glare on these new glossy screens.

While the separate video port is missing, Apple sells an inexpensive DVI to S-Video/Comsposite Video adapter.One thing to note is Apple seems to have decided not to include S-Video on these babies which is a little disappointing but it just means I'll have to use the computer with the 32 inch Samsung LCD TV via DVI...
