You can safely delete the MPLF installer partition, yes. Provided it was created as a 2nd partition (i.e. physically after the main ML partition), the disc space can be then recovered.

MLPF requires the ML installer app, not the InstallESD.dmg image. Copy or original download, it does not matter, as long at it's the ~4Go app, not the afore-mentioned dmg image.

Disk utility works even way better than it did on Leopard - Lion. It actually repairs the mistakes.
But I have one problem I dont know how much disk space I have available because it shows different disk space available from everywhere. On status bar it shows 161 GB available and about this mac -> storage it shows 96GB. Also all the apps show different disk space available. What might be wrong? I tried repairing everything on disk utility, repaired permissions and disk, restarted several times What's wrong?

Does anyone know if there is a way to add more programs to the install partition? I would just keep it around as my 911 partition especially if I could add commercial utilities like iDefrag or DiskWarrior to it?
I tried and the Utilities menu doesn't change. I looked everywhere and couldn't find a .plist or something like that that would be editied to include more items in the menu?

Why not just make a folder on that ML partition and copy any utility app/dmg that you need saved in there. As long as there is sufficient disk space, you'd be Ok. These app can be run after install, can't they? What's your need to add them so that they could be seen and run from the installer? I just don't understand why you'd want this... This is a big -, because sometimes new versions are very important by improving some things. But MLPostFactor is a great, good work man. Waiting for Mavericks PF, maybe I will test it.
Launch delayed due to bug mentioned above, will attempt to solve this issue and include support for 10.8.4 and 10.8.5.
Theres no DMG mounting issues even on v0.3. Chrome issues is fixed on v0.3.1.
What about reading everything from the post above?
Wayne will try to include support, and as far as we know him he will find a way to do so. Else you won't get 10.8.5 support.
woot for chrome issues fix hope bluetooth issue will be fixed too (causes kernel panic when using headphones & and wont connect on initial setup) other than that i use this as my only os due to windows 8 cant be installed on 10.8.4 in bootcamp (says this computer *ie macbook 4,1* doesnt support this os) but great work none the less as i am greatly appreciative of this fine work of art
Beta test shows SMB issue is fixed, but its still not very stable. Not sure if we will include it in this release.
Not at the moment. V0.3.1 will bring support for it.

Specs:
Late 2006 Macbook running Lion
MLPF V.03
Trying to install OSX 10.8.4
Any ideas?
Edit: Just corrected the syntax error in ML but having the same issue. Was playing around with it before the screenshot.
So it turned out that I didn't have 10.7.5 installed. Everything is working great now.
BTW I successfully upgraded to 3GB RAM. From my research I wasn't sure if that was possible as it's not officially supported by Apple but it works fine as well.
3GB, ML, & an SSD. I'm a happy camper
有线网共享WiFi有问题
对了，还有就是使用了 V0.3后，以太网共享WiFi的功能有问题
PS：经过测试，确认在V0.22版本上，可以共享WiFi的哟（主要这次发现，是因为到朋友家住，仅有“有线网”，无WiFi，iPhone手机无法上网，打算使用MacBook共享给手机使用时，才发现的，还好V0.22时，有将系统备份成DMG档，利用Recovery HD还原V0.22后，就正常了
还请协助确认V0.31版本上，有线网共享WiFi是否正常，谢谢！

Apologies if this has been covered in an earlier post but at over 70 pages long its hard to keep track. Someone is looking to buy my 7300gt I had used in my Mac Pro 1,1 running Lion. He's looking to use it in a later Mac Pro to run ML (don't know if its 2,1, 3,1 or later). Will MLPF allow him to do this. Cheers.
