I know this won't help much -- but I DID have an order for the S6 44mm SBSS Noir single tour placed on 09/15 with "Arrives on Sept 21-23". On release day my order was STILL on "Processing" ... but my local Apple Store had the same watch available for same day pickup. So I canceled the 09/15 order and picked it up from the Store.

I don't know what your current status is -- but mine never moved past "Processing"; even with other Hermès orders with later Delivery dates at "Preparing to Ship".

Thank you for your reply. Mine is just in processing but it is still too early as it is not expected to ship until 9/30 or so. None of the apple stores around Los Angeles are open so I just have to wait. Apple is always slow to update their website for status so I just check my Apple Card balance and UPS or FedEx shipping by reference number. I was just hoping for an early delivery as i sold my series 5 and I miss it. Lol.

Just got my Hermes S6. Is there anyway to remove the 12 3 6 9 etc? I see you can remove all but 12?

Just curious, whats the space black exclusive face?

New Hermès SBSS owner here: I was told here that the "Noir Hermès" faces are exclusive to the Space Black Stainless Steel model.

On a related note: the Noir Hermès faces are the only one I can see where there are NO numbers at all.

Just thought of something. Wouldn't it have been great if the red ring that indicates cellular capability was Hermes orange instead on these watches? It would be just one small additional design element to further set them apart.

Yes those faces only appear on the noir Hermès faces and has been the case since they were first released last year for S5.

My series 6 wasn't even in Preparing to Ship for 24 hours and now it's been shipped! Original delivery dates given when I ordered on the 15th were October 2-7.

Once you get tracking info, let us know when the carrier says it'll be delivered. A whole week seems like a long time; previous iPhones I've ordered take only 2-3 days, even shipped from China.

IF you get it tomorrow or Thurs, I'd "guess" that your watch (and my previous order, canceled last Friday) were both sitting in some Apple warehouse in the US. Unlike many of the watches which were shipped from China. Since the bands were made in France maybe Apple "assembled" the packages in the US (previous photos in this threads imply that the box for the leather band are the same).

But regardless: glad to hear the good news!

In about a 12 hour span it went from Jiaxing to Shanghai where it is currently. Shipping info from UPS is still only saying In Transit. When it gives a date I’ll definitely let you know what it is!

Based off my tracking, your watch will come Thursday. IMO

I have been so bummed that my new Apple watch has to take so long to ship that I didn’t even post my new Noir Deployment Clasp for my Series 6 44mm Single Tour Noir. I received this Saturday.

Hopefully it won't be a whole week. My order is in the same shipment as Pie's. UPS My Choice is showing a delivery date of 09/25/2020 while Apple's website is showing 09/30/2020. Hoping that the Apple Watch gets delivered based off of UPS estimation.

You should have it Thursday or Friday. Once it gets to Shanghai the next flight is to your customs entry center (Anchorage for the US).

Indeed, I like how they've now made the orange band with swift leather rather than the epsom, plus this orange color I think looks better than the original feu (fire) orange color.

And to answer your earlier question, not much different about my S6 than the S5. You can notice the 20% speed improvement and the slightly faster charging but otherwise I wouldn't advise any S5 owners to upgrade unless you're into watches... which is probably 100% of us on this thread.

Same thought, which is why I stuck with the S5. Pity, but that's the best we can get in Covid-times. Hoping for a screen upgrade (smaller bezels?) in 2021!

So my memory was that Apple/Hermes typically release fall/winter bands in Sept. and spring/summer bands in March-ish.

I was surprised last year that they released a winter band.

Will I like this seasons bands, I do find them rather colorful for fall/winter.

Anyone else willing to be if we'll see a winter release of bands this year?

Or will COVID strike again and make us wait until spring?
