Yeah good question. There is definitely a gap with the bands as far as them matching. The only one that has matching lugs I believe is the Noir band. I don’t like wearing different color lugs either.

I found one on a random couture consignment site and don’t expect to see one outside $1000+ Japanese eBay listings ever again. Wasn’t sold by Apple if I recall correctly so very rare. I actually don’t like it on a Ti or SS watch...but the way it goes with the white case is perfect.Does anyone have the Hermes “Equateur Tatoutage” band which was released in 2016? So tomorrow starts my official apple shipping time frame of 9/30 to 10/7 for my 44mm Series 6 Hermès single tour Noir.
still is processing but I don’t expect that to update with preparing to ship and instead go straight to shipped because it is coming from60 miles from my house.
Fingers crossed I get it in this shipping time frame
has anyone had their shipping time frame delayed beyond the dates originally quoted by apple? My time frame has come so I am hoping apple meets it!! Otherwise they don’t know what will hit them!!!

I have the opposite - I ordered mine on the 18 Sep with an estimated delivery of 7-14 Oct. I got word yesterday that the delivery will be 1 Oct, so earlier than promised.
From what I understand there may have been some hiccups at the front end of the process with Apple suddenly deciding to remove the charger from all AWs, where before the Hermès and the Edition models would keep them. With how tightly Apple runs their supply chain it can't have been good for shipping efficiencies.

Hello everyone! I'm joining the Hermès club and ordered my Series 6 with the Fauve Barénia Single Tour today! Should arrive in a couple weeks. I was torn between the Single Tour and the new Attelage in the same Fauve color, but was unsure how I would like the gap in the buckle of the Attelage so I went with the standard single tour. And a side note, this is my first Apple Watch.
Welcome aboard! I'll be curious as to your thoughts and feelings after you get everything all set up. Considering it's your first Apple Watch, you definitely took the phrase "go big or go home" to heart!

I will let you know my thoughts when it arrives! Regarding the go big or go home, I guess you are right! I haven't spent much discretionary income in 2020 so I felt the need to treat myself and this watch fit the bill.

I'm afraid you will be right ha! After watching plenty of YouTube videos and reading helpful posts on this site, I really fell in love with the Hermès bands, their high quality and relative value compared to other Hermès products. The matching orange sport band and the extra watch faces were a nice bonus!
I totally agree! To each his own, but I NEVER wear a band without matching lugs AND a matching pin. Obviously, matching lugs don’t apply to sport bands and I can tolerate bands whose pins match themselves (i.e. - black sport band with space black pin), but that’s it for me.
First time Hermes purchase for me. I have in the pass wanted but a little out of reach or couldn't justify the purchase. This time around I decided the extra warranty, extra band, Hermes watch faces to me was too compelling. Purchased via Apple Card with no interest for 24 months sealed it. Ordered on Sept 21st new notification went from shipping Oct 21st-27th, today to, arriving the 13th very much looking forward. 44mm Silver Stainless Steel Case with Noir Swift
Not first time purchase for me, but I am SO unsure... Have a choice of S5 Hermes watches now - SBSS or regular polished SS... So confused by basically no choice of bands for SBSS one... But this black outlook is magnificent...

I also just purchased my first apple watch. I'm a fairly thin guy with small wrists (6.25") and got the 40mm. I hope this is the right size for my wrists not being able to try them on in store and spending this much money makes me a bit nervous. I hope the Hermes version is worth it, I got the orange leather band, I love the SBSS but having lugs that don't match if I change the strap turned me off that version a bit. Does anyone here regret going Hermes vs. the regular stainless steel?
Being aware of the fact, that it was indeed a bit crazy, I enjoy it since day one - particularly the watchfaces. No regret at all.
You will encounter the same
... "your" Hermes in 44 mm on my very small wrist. Absolutely wearable. Disadvantage: I am punching a supplementary hole in EVERY band I own. Including the Hermès sports band!

I went 40mm. Only regret is the stupid restrictions on size and color. Wanted that green band!
Agreed, why all colours can't be available for both sizes confuses me, the lack of a deployment clasp on the 40mm is also unfortunate.
