I got my Noir/Electrique Band from Hermes on Wednesday and it came tired with a bow, no cellophane on the box. The interesting thing is the box is unmarked. Doesn’t even say what band us inside of it, nor the 45mm size. I held it up next to the 45mm band from Apple to make sure it was 45mm. When I ordered the Biscuit band from apple, that has the normal markings on the box with the size and the color of the band.

I added Apple Care + yesterday for my Hermes. I did the same for the Series 7 stainless steel my wife owns. It was an easy process.

I know it is usually a simple process but for the first time I was not able to see the option to add Apple Care+. I called up Apple Care and they said that it has happened before.

I need to wait 24hrs since I had activated my watch in the same morning.

They were right. 24 hrs later it showed up on my watch app to purchase Apple Care+.

if you buy from Hermès it's always like this:
the orange box without a label,
bolduc ribbon,
the buckle covered with cellophane,
white envelope with logo and original invoice in A3 format,
conditions of sale with Hermès stamp in evidence.
Unfortunately the sheet of the conditions of sale is no longer put, for a while and Hermès news a few days ago, the invoice will no longer be inserted in the box (I have to check, if it is confirmed a little I'm sorry)
Also for those who asked for the straps, they are made in France and if there are any problems or one wants to clean or fix them, one must contact them and not Apple. Better if you go to a Hermès store in person.

Anybody know why Hermes used a longer lug at the 12:00 on series 7 vs previous versions?

Hi everyone, looking for some advice. There is someone local selling a Series 5 with an unused deployment buckle + orange band. Looks to be in excellent condition, with all original packaging. I had two questions:

1. Does the deployment band change over time, or would this be the same as buying the current version from Apple/Hermes?
2. What would be a fair price, assuming everything is in excellent condition?
3. Everything seems very legit, but anything I should look for to make sure?

I'm really only interested in the deployment buckle for the Hermes model, and the differences between the series 5 and series 7 are pretty negligible to me. I've attached some photos for reference.

When I bought my Hermes Apple Watch I got 2 separate boxes:
1) Apple Watch Series 7 Box with the orange sports band. (Plastic Wrapped)
2) Hermes Strap box

I think the packing is different at the Apple Store and Hermes shop.

My watch box had an empty brown box inside which I think is the same size as shape of the Watch strap box.


I think Hermes in Hong Kong, packed the Watch box separately and that is why they put a empty brown box inside. They must have made it easier for themselves to allow the customers to just choose the strap they want to go with their watch.

They could have wrapped everything with a ribbon but they didn’t. Well, can’t have it all, I guess.

Mine came with the bow, no cellophane anywhere. Also, the cardboard box was opened and taped back closed. Super classy presentation IMHO.

Other items ordered from Hermes came wrapped in a bow too.

This watch doesn't even show up when i search. I just get the one with the ugly blue band. And when you go through the checkout process you can't order it. Add to cart is greyed out and delivery date is unknown when available

Yes. The brown box was inside.

I opened the cellophane wrap in my own way (didn’t pull the tab like other Apple products) as I didn’t want to remove the cellophane wrap completely.

The box with the band didn’t come with cellophane wrap but the buckle clasp on my strap had some plastic protection.

So from the apple store the you can order the 45mm with the space black is the biscuit band or rouge h. But they do no deliver until December. You can also create your own style and get a 45mm space black with the noir band but that delivers in December also. You can get the same space black 45mm with noir band now if you order directly from Hermes. If its on Hermes website then they have it in stock ready to ship.

That is a special style called Attelage. Basically it has the wider gap. No other difference. Hermes also makes Attelage silverware and other items.

No. It’s not. They don’t sell the series 6. The metadata is just b0rked for some reason.
