Again, not tight, angle of my wrist.

This is my hands down favorite band from this release. No, in my region, I will NEVER get my hands on one. They are all sold out.

It’s region based. Australia just started getting this option this year.

My Hermes AW Series 7 was bought this Friday from Hermes and they just gave the Watch box with the orange band separately which was wrapped with plastic and the box with the Watch band separately.

They didn’t give the bigger box in which I could put both the Watch box and the box with the band together. And obviously no ribbon.

Why the difference in packing and presentation?

Yes. These are the two tiers for the iPhone AC+ in Australia.

They reduced the price of the standard AC+ from last year and increased the price of the theft and loss.

If you got your AW from Hermes.com, did it come "bow-tied" with Hermes ribbon, but no cellophane wrapping? Same thing if you bought it at a physical Hermes store? When I got the S4 at a physical Hermes store they put the package together on the spot. They took a box with the actual watch and took another box with the band I wanted and put those two boxes together in a bigger box, then they bow-tied it with a Hermes ribbon. Do they still do that? At that time I was a little taken aback with all the shuffling of boxes and that it wasn't sealed like typical Apple products.

I also just remembered that Apple said recently (last month?) that they will not cellophane seal their products anymore. But my S7 from Apple was sealed with cellophane wrapping. Was your AW from Apple.com or an Apple Store also sealed with cellophane?

Yep - ordered mine directly from hermes.com. No plastic wrap, but ribboned beautifully. I was a bit freaked out because the cardboard box was unsealed, and I thought someone had tampered with it until I realized that they open it to put the ribbon on. Then the whole thing was shipped in a plastic envelope.

All of Hermes comes like that, quite nice.

Used to be nice silver foil sealed but now it’s white flap wrap.

They also give tons of little perfume samples.

I caved and got the Series 7; I picked mine up from Apple and it had no cellophane. The strap had a separate pickup tag and fit into the larger box (which was the Watch and orange sport band) which had its own pickup tag.

It seems that high end stores don’t like to have their items sealed, instead put it in a nice box with a ribbon is all the protection it needs.

Hmm, so some stores have it with no plastic cellophane wrap, just as Apple said. You open the box by pulling a tab.

Finally was able to purchase Apple Care+ today for my Hermes Apple Watch.

Now I have 3 years warranty with Accidental Protection.

I added Apple Care + yesterday for my Hermes. I did the same for the Series 7 stainless steel my wife owns. It was an easy process.
