I checked this morning with an agent and the bands are still out of stock. The guy I had knew what he was doing which is rare for apple chat employees lol

We’ll the 6 is marked 44mm and the 7/8 are 45mm but they are identical really.

When you try to order from Apple though they will only send you the one that’s for your watch. Since only the 6 is in stock I need someone who has a 6

There’s also a circle on the underside that says 44mm or 45mm etc. so I assume technically they are different

I have just put on my Circuit H for the first time in ages, and you are right, love the Lucky Horse with my Jumping, but nothing beats the 'standard' Hermés faces with leather

The classic Hermes watch face is the best. Circulaire is wonderful but DIMS so much on AOD. The brightness setting doesnt seem to affect the AOD, so teh only way to enjoy that and NOIR face in my opinion is with the wake on wrist. Annoying in my opinion.

Has anyone else ordered a Space Black S8 on Sept 7 from Apple and have not yet had their order ship yet?

Yup. Waiting still waiting for my S8 SBSS with H Diagonal Single Tour/Bleu de France. Ordered right after the event and showed Oct. 10 - 17 as delivery.

I ordered my S8 SBSS on Sept10th with Cuivre Swift Leather H Diagonal Single Tour and it originally had a ship time of 5 weeks, but shipped WAY earlier and I got it on the 20th. I imagine someone cancelled their order to have my bump up.

Do the Hermes bands (leather deployment) go with the dark green S7 aluminium watch?

May get an Hermès next year but would be good to get a band this year and jazz up the normal watch in the meantime.

Yeah the band on its own appears to be in stock. Looks like there is some delay with the Space Black watch. I imagine the volumes are incredibly low.

I ordered my SBSS with Gris Meyer H diagonal band right before the event ended and got it on 9-16-2022. Ordered the BLeu de France band separately and got that on 9-16 as well.

I bet there are just as many (or even more) folks who wish the non-Hermès steel Watch still came in Space Black and they wouldn‘t have to pay the Hermès tax to get an as-black-as-possible Apple Watch. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

That's probably the main factor of my purchase this year. I miss my S5 SB DLC, and the S8 SB DLC should go well with my Space Black iPhone.
